I loved how Garro's description of the Mario statue -- when he was talking to Queen Valentina, I mean -- was of a lost man looking for his brother or something to that effect. Also, on Star Hill, one of the enemies (the green gecko, I think) asks where the green guy is in his thought peek.
That box that has the Peach and Samus figures also has ROB and Diskun. I believe that cartoon car was also from an old Nintendo game, but I can't remember what game.

As a Japanese player, I’m kinda sad that I couldn’t get the special instruction manual (the retailer I got it from probably didn’t have it), however, I didn’t even get preorder the game, yet I got a special Mario RPG PILLOW! I got the same pillow for preordering Mario Wonder! (For Mario RPG, I guess they really wanted to get rid of the pillows 😅.)
Don't know if it's a Day One only or pre-order only thing, but I bought my copy in Australia and got a Geno keychain, so you may luck out and get a nice bonus!
@@TheBlackSeraph erm, ok? i don't care about trinkets much? i only care about how the EU, UK have been treated for so long! just throwing a keychain at us is not going to satisfy or forfill how long we have waited more than 20 years for this remake! i hope you have some sense in this injustice, i was the similar mood and angry when it comes to animal crossing on the GameCube! when i had to import it way before the UK got it a year after! a useless keying is not gonna help in either situations, there is no excuse for nintendo europe for treating us the way that they have!
@@HUYI1 I get it - If you think Europe gets a raw deal, Australia usually gets it worse. I just had to import the Star Ocean 2 remake from the UK because most PS4 games aren't being released here anymore, and I've imported about 5-10 other games on similar grounds this past year alone. I'm sick of games companies treating western gamers (especially PAL gamers) like second class citizens, but you need to take some joy in what you can get even if it's a region-exclusive keychain.
@@TheBlackSeraph i had this same dam anger during the GameCube time ERA, and i think this is the reason action replay FREELOADER was created in response to that! to keep costs down i suggest to buy these games digitally for convenience and to be even more rebellious! pirate them outright! you don't own them money for being an legit import gamer, they owe you nothing and gain no profit from buying legit, it's only the 3rd party sellers who are gaining a profit from this, hope this gives you some insight on this situation

Mallow’s old name for his thought peek move was pretty funny, though. It will be missed. (Even though the new one makes much more sense.)
