    What a lovely way to start my day. You taught me some new poses even though I’ve been doing yoga for over 10 years. I especially loved that last flow with one leg out to the side while moving the upper body and arms - it gave me such a great stretch in places that really needed it. I’m going to add this gentle wake up flow to my morning practice. Thank you!!

      Hi Debbie, I'm so happy this was a nice introduction to new postures. It is nice to expand from the traditional ones sometimes! I hope have a nice day after the stretch.
