The bird sounds to me like a species of green woodpecker. We have the grey headed green woodpecker here in Karelia, Finland. They love to eat pig or turkey fat if you hang it in your bird table ;)
I agree, I live in Northern Spain and we have green woodpeckers and it sounds just like that one!
The bird call is Green woodpecker , very distinctive 👍 nice little plot of land 😎
great property you could do a lot with that thanks for sharing joseph
Great seeing yall this morning, and the property is pretty. Too bad about the neighbors. It's great to see you dads taking your daughters out to work with you, including them. ...very refreshing indeed. ❤
The land has so much character. Such diverse flora. Andrea his incredible knowledge of what’s growing there. The structure would make a fabulous cottage. Very nice parcel.
Thanks for bringing us another great video this week, despite your life and family commitments. We appreciate you all.
You're so generous and polite, even with some of the negative comments. Really helpful to get Andrea's wisdom too. Makes us think again about just clearing out brambles, as they could be hiding valuable young trees. Ama & Jaana
If that’s the neighbours dog barking, I would be put off buying the place. Nice though
Two strange men walking around a place which is usually empty would make anyones dog bark 😊 💕
barking dogs are my big problems with portugal. sometimes the dogs are free and will attack you, if you cross.
That’s why I love RV life. Follow the weather and move if your neighbors suck. Barking dogs is one of my pet peeves and why I have cats 🐈⬛ 😂
Great video ,another beautiful farm
Hello Joseph,
unfortunately, the distance to neighboring buildings is too short, so beekeeping is not permitted on the property. Or, are the neighbors registered beekeepers with whom you can do community beekeeping?
We happen to have a couple of flow hives still in boxes what a lovely place to set them up thankyou Joseph ..Sy e Fi
Dos it have official habitational license.
Enchanting as usual Joseph , Andre's English is getting quite good 🙏
Hi Joseph, “that pretty little bug” was actually a rosemary and lavender beetle and they will multiply over a few years and kill off the plants eventually. Becoming a problem across Europe over the last few years. Best Andy.
Sir your video very well
Can you put up another video of a drone picture of the roof? Also, In the future showing properties with access to inside would be helpful. Can you go get inside pictures? Obrigada
I have a desire to buy a property with land for agriculture at a price in the range of 20,000 euros In which region are you and in which region do you present these songs on UA-cam? I am Janet from Brazil
Lovely.
Lovely video again Joseph. Great price for the property. I hope someone buys it very soon. Thank you for posting. X 😀
Nice property and great price... thanks for sharing Joseph 👌
Hi Joseph just wondering if this property is still for sale
JESUS CRISTO NOSSO SALVADOR RESSUSCITOU. FELIZ PÁSCOA. 🕯🕯🕯
Your videos are very interesting. You're the best of all time. Congratulations and God God Bless You and your family members
is this still for sale ??
bon dia,. I like it when Andrew explains anout herbs and flowers. I think he has learnt from his ancestors. He is my friend because he loves what I love most: Nature. as it is.
How much would Andrew pay for such a poece of native Nature? only the lowest price please, as we do not look for a benefit. Only to save land from clearing and transforming.
By the way could we know what is Andrew's job? thank you very much. In my country we measure land by "fanegas", each one has 850 mts, more or less. Could you tell us please how many fanegas this property has? as we are used to have the picture in our minds in fanegas.
thanks for your attention. Sincerely yours. Lola and family.
Andrea and Joseph are a good pair to explain nature and its beauty.. Hopefully do respond to the potential buyers from outside Portugal too. To clear the overgrowth forestry and plant some other trees like olives as Andrea said it had once and cherries too...Does this land have a habitation license.
£-17,196 20000€
is this still for sale, Joseph? and whats the size of the urban article?
good day please how large is this property? thank you.
How about snakes. What kind please
❤
Nice land and building.
It seems bizarre that plots with buildings are split by a boundary that does not provide ownership of the land curtilage on four sides. Opening a potential nightmare over access rights. 😊
No nightmares that I could see, it is a public track which leads to one other farm
Are mimosas part of the natural succession ecology or an introduced species?
Mimosa and Eucalyptus were introduced in the last two hundred years from Australia.
There even here in America, Alabama to be specific in my front yard! They grow like crazy but I've seen people take the beautiful pink, smell good flowers and make medicine out of them. Pretty neat process.❤❤
Surely, a lot of the forestry will have to be cleared if house is restored - fire risk
Hi there,
from the map you can see it isn’t a large plantation or anything, just a 4,000m2 square of trees, so not a great fire risk as there’s nothing surrounding the small square of trees
yes, my thought. it must be checked wit the city, if the house really can be rebuild or if it is in a area of fire risk.
This one don't look so...😮
They both went out to film a property so you can sit comfortably at home wherever you are in the world to see it. If not for you, why a negative comment? Just move on and wait for the next one. Some people, just can't help voicing negativity.
Always wonderful to wake up to another video on Saturday morning! I really enjoy the music selections you make and the way you put the videos together. Give my best wishes to all the family! 🙏🙏
