I'm amazed that they move through the traffic at all; e.g. at 0:08 I though "why doesn't that guy pull over", and then as it was much closer I realized that it was the police car. Compared to these the german unmakred cars have good lights (which are, again compared to unmarked cars in e.g. Danmark or the US, not good at all)
