Fatmiri i vogël prindërit e të cilit kanë punuar në një kantjer ndërtimi ëndërron të ndërtojë edhe vetë një qytet. Për këtë i ndihmon kujdestarja e kopshtit dhe një punëtor që u sjell të gjithë shokëve të tij vegla pune. Ndërtohet kështu brenda oborrit të një kopështi qyteti më i ri i botës dhe zbulohen ëndrrat dhe karakteret fëminore.
Little Fatmir, whose parents worked on a construction site, dreams of building a city of his own. For this he is helped by the caretaker of the kindergarten and a worker who brings work tools to all his friends. The youngest city in the world is built inside the courtyard of a garden and childhood dreams and characters are revealed.
