Istanbul-Houston is a 13 hour flight. I imagine it is longer to Las Angeles. I hope you get clear skies so you get great views of the north atlantic and Canada.

I have flown many times on Turkish Airlines and it’s just fine. And avoid it now. IST is so huge and stressful that it usually means flights missing and long walking distances. Pitch is not spectacular and it’s the only airline in the world that has dropped premium economy. Not an option for me.
The don’t handle complaints too well and fail every time they have to fix any problem. I do appreciate meals but it’s also “pasta and kofta” 😂
