I explain why oscilloscope behaviour that might look like a bug with dual slope triggering is actually just correct, expected behaviour of trigger holdoff. I also demonstrate similar problems to watch out for, relevant to you even if you never use dual-slope triggering and never touch the trigger holdoff setting..
