world record would be tied everyday. Wca regulations ensure that the shortest scramble must be of 4 moves. We can obtain this by luck instead of just skill on 2 by2 since 4 mover solutions are pretty common. even the wr is like that. so 4 move solutions are too easy as compared to20 move 3 by 3 solutions
