This is absolutely the BEST looking paper Carnation I've seen made. Just wish I could figure out a way to make it out of regular "construction" paper. Do you have a pattern using that type of paper? Love, love, love this flower!!! TFS!!!

SoLELY Madebymade i saw some other vids they are also teaching how to make realistic flowers .. from what i saw the crepe paper they are using it's not the ordinary crepe paper it looks like the one you're using it's called "german crepe paper" where am i going to buy this? i don't think it's available in our place. Gosh what to do I am planning to make this flowers for my Mom for their anniversary 💔
The crepe paper a lot of people who make these flowers use, is called Italian crepe paper. It is much thicker and stretcher than our thin stuff. Much nicer to work with. It costs £2.50 to buy per roll from Amazon with free p and p. Not sure how much it is on a roll but it seems loads and loads. Hope this has been of some use.

At 0:05, I wrote the cut size.
but, I have heard that people who watch on mobile phone sometimes do not see the subtitle of their size.
anyways, I'll show you the cutting size.
Please stop at 0:05 and check from left to right.
green - 30mm x 200mm / green - 25mm x 130mm / pink - 550mm x 60mm (W X H)

eileen hi ;) the crepe paper is 140g thick. But i recently use 180g thick paper. :)
