These anarthas in us like lust, angry, greed, pride, envy....can only be defeated or overcome by practicing Bhakti... it cannot be suppressed but replaced with the higher aspects of spiritual life.. spiritual life or spirituality is not something else or a part of life... but it's the way of life in itself... moreover we r spiritual beings but as of now contaminated with material dealings n material knowledge we r not able to recognise who we actually r. Only Krishna n Pure loving devotional service unto him according to the instructions of a bona fide Guru from the bona fide parampara can save our life n us from such degrading anarthas 🙏 HareKrishna 🙏😊
