What about security? Anyone would be able to use an email and query orders ? Maybe a better way would be to request email id and order id before displaying any order info.
@Brendan. Thanks for the video. It is really helpful. Please help with the implementation of this template. I am currently doing it step by step and chose Show Open Orders as the stop on action, but when I run it, it shows the following error. The customers are fetched and the orders are fetched, but when it comes to the carousel, it gives the following error:
"Error parsing code. Expected property name or '{' in JSON at position 1 {carouselString}

Great vid! The bit I don't get. So for example an online shop wants you to create a chatbot for their shopify store. How do you connect your voiceflow to their store? do they need to give you their shopify login?
