i looked up a random replay of 33 playing it and hes having fun farming ancients with maelstrom on his main hero while dragging creep waves to himself with bear lol
@@lj5604 u put it back on the bear, just pulling lane creeps to him because if he dies the bear dies if the bear dies he can still farm, hes increasing his farm efficiency while keeping his heroes safe so he can continue to farm. Hope that makes sense
Tried this in 5 matches, Crusader V rank. 1) Won 4 out of 5 games 2) Practicing last hits is needed in this hero since this is not similar to Lycan, since hero is ranged, it's sometimes difficult to sync. 3) Wraith bands are definitely great 4) I can safely kill if I have plus ones, but sometimes supports tend to stay in mid in my rank so I have to remind them to play with me 5) Would definitely try again since I win the lane most of the time
The voice of dota inspired me to play LD, 5W - 2L in 3 days. I'm a total Pepeg with beer in the system whilst playing and micro is hard, but with a bit of focus anyone can do it.
Feels super rough if you csnt finish befire 40 mins. Supports start to get too many items and destory you. Jakiro witch doctor warlock etc food for you esrky game, not so much later on

@@knkaitlognow the bear is universal, slark can steal stats, same for od's astral, razor link etc... Main counters are still the same if u dont manage the micro (doctor, lich, ursa etc...)
actually, as a LD spammer, this will works, in early game dont buy corrosion, just 3 wraith band is so OP with huge armor share and attack speed share, or just casual orb of venom.. early 10 minutes with treads + 3 wraith band + orb of venom is so crazy.. can take literally all of tier 1 tower like shit.. after that go on difusal and straight agh and harpoon.. the game should be finished under 30 minutes..
Is there a way to assign a button to attack-move with the bear or hero? Right now I've just got one button to select hero, one to select bear and one for both, then right-click. Would be good if I could cut out the right-click and just press the select button and it attack-moves to cursor.
did u try to enable quick attack option? it can cut out the right click. You just have to select your unit then press attack button it will automatically attack where your cursor pointing at.

If you do what this video says , you’ll lost most of your games . I am a lone spammer and this hero can be garbage in certain games . If you’re offlane and your team decides to pick jakiro mid or some kind of weird lineup, you won’t win cause the bear is shit against some heroes like aa, cm , shadow deamon, brewmaster . Some players buy euls against the bear and you just there like an idiot taking damage and have no impact . I remember I played a game as a mid and whenever my I was in teamfight , my bear was in the air with 2 euls buyers or destroyed by cm+lc+sven. This hero is a c tier don’t pick it every game , except if you play herald guardian games . Ok this case I think it can work.
No..Lone Druid needs to be mid because if you play him and the bear together and you get Fed you can taie on an entire team. I see all the pro players sitting in their base and sending thr bear out. I watch an average player mid with lone druid and massacre thr other team and.pusj towers with ease when he and the bear are fighting and now that they heal each other you throw Satanic on both of them and they're almost unlikable.
@@YofbjpYudhswhen you play offlane, you are supposed to make space for your cores or complement their weakness, thats why its called 3rd Pos, and he played it more like a hc, it's better to have 1 fat hc + team, than 2 half farmed hc
I agree. An ideal game is when your cores hit their power spikes around 30-40min and end the game with a sufficiently farmed HC, a threatening enough mid and utility/control/defensive auras offlaner and supports filling in the gaps. Having a greedy offlaner means you have to own the lane otherwise you're banking on the enemy team fucking up in the midgame to recover. It ideally just won't work at a high enough level even at high divine/low immortal.

for me pos 3 ld is equal to griefing role afk farming and pushing lanes with the aghanim bear and late game feeding he bear. try to play 4 vs 5 and lose after 50 minutes because of your offlane
Aghs is a 4200 gold item that allows you to not micro your hero, which is something you should do in the first place. There are countless other items that are more impactful than not having to micro your 4500 HP hero with rooting abilities and extending fear areas. Aghs should only be purchased as a last resort
@@adamfink8958 its a significantly op item because it allows your perma hasted bear to not be leashed to your 350 ms hero on a hero that likes to chase. it also allows u to always have a resummon for your bear, since your hero can never die. without aghs if ur hero dies your bear dies, if ur bear dies and your hero is low u cant resummon. if u have aghs but leave your hero near your bear, there is the risk both of u die to a chain stun and u cant resummon even when off cd cuz u are dead. leaving your hero in base or in jungle once u have aghs is actually better since u can always pop roar and pop resummon with no fear of both units dying
Depends, if you take all t1 with or without your team thats a lot of gold and space for your team. If you afk farm and die, you feed a shit ton of xp/gold that's griefing. You need to find the balance between farming and fighting as a pos 3. Play with your mid/supps or get them to play behind you. Make space for your safelaner, not take space from him. If you + your teammates are pushing a lane, that's a lot of space for your safelaner as the enemy will have to tp and def. They can't make plays like smoking to gank your safelaner. Obviously, do not take 4v5 fights under their tower. There's a lot of nuance to the offlaner role. If you watch 33 in pubs he's super greedy and he make it work most of the time because he know when to fight and when not fight. LD is really strong this patch, probably top 10 in my opinion. Strong at laning, absurdly tanky and destroys buildings after a fight. The only stronger heroes at the moment are Naga, Treant, Sven, Qop, Pango, Voker and maybe NP.
I have. Your man hero has no HP and magic kills you. And somehow even with 50 armor, you die to hits. What could work - 6 wraiths + aghs main, pipe / cloak / cloak / heart / moon / rad bear. Maybe..

Lol no. If you know how to micro properly, ld is always deadly at any point on the game. The bear by itself is basically a top notch hero by itself. Is has good move speed, fast attack, tons of hp in early game, a root, destroys buildings, etc…. It’s actually quite stupid how good it is early to mid game.

Herald here, I tried the build and works fantastic early game. Think I was 10-3. However my team comp was not so good and I fell off endgame resulting in a loss. How do you efficiently cycle through playing 2 chars? I put them on 1 and 2 hotkeys, but seems very hectic and overwhelming when bringing both chars in battle. Thx
Its something that becomes automatic with time. Sounds like you already got it most of the way there. I do alot of boxing with mouse to select units, tab is good also
I use different binds for all controlled units/select hero and bear alone. It allows you quickly control bear and hero separetly and also quickly manage both of them as group. With tab its easy To use different items on bear (diffusal etc ) when you have both selected with "all cntrled units" bind. Sry if this was confusing. :'D

you can cycle through with tab if they're in a group.
