- Oh memories...Jasper comes to mind for a sad reason today: the wildfires and destruction to Jasper town. Hopefully the conditions will settle soon and the residents can return.
But Jasper National Park will be changed. The natural part can eventually repair itself, but the people of Jasper will need lots of encouragement.
This simple video is to honor those special Canadians and the area they are blessed to live in: Jasper, Alberta, Canada.
I'm so glad that I have visited this part of Canada. So much of this visit is strongly in my memory, but going through my photos brings so much joy. Jasper is more wild than Banff. Wildlife is certainly around and the stretches of pure natural beauty cannot be matched.
When things settle down, please take a trip there. No doubt beauty will be there.

There are plenty of stories, some old wives tales and others were historical figures. But it was interesting.

I'm sad about it too. I heard that Canada has 400 fires presently, I hope you are safe.
@@c_honda none are near me. Sometimes the air smells a bit smokey, but it's not bad. Lots of rain here, and some flooding at times. Probably from the fires.
