@@onlinesquadeducation_ishurj talk to the founders/principal of the school about the history of the school and where are the teachers trained from. Look at the classroom- is it mixed age, do they have Montessori materials and are the children choosing work individually. Montessori teachers require patience, knowledge of the use of the materials, knowledge of Montessori theory (child psychology, sensitive periods, absorbent mind, four planes of development etc.), and rigorous practice and preparation. They should be willing to learn and accept children as they are - like any other teacher
Yep we dont. You'll notice I don't talk when my hands are moving. But a few words- 'did you hear any noise? Il place the cube at once. I'm looking for the biggest cube. Would you like to try it again?' are all fine if used sparingly and as a way of highlighting the step- basically the points of interest. Also the presentation is much much slower with a child and i sped it up a bit for the video.
Mam how to join pure Montissorian school and what skills is main for mont teachers ?
