Everyone lowkey wishing for this kind of friendship probably. I watched it for the first time when I was around 13 years old, it's still one of my favourites to this day. Even 6 years after it's still the same feeling when I rewatch those old series.
This anime was out when I was only 5. I saw my sister watch this anime randomly and I thought what were they saying? I never knew that I'd be watching this anime now as a teenager.
8 years ago, I watch this anime and cried at their graduation scene . Now, I rewatch all the episodes and still crying so hard when they graduated 😭😢❤️ Houkago Tea Time be forever please ❤️❤️❤️
I was in jail on drug charges early this year. My father passed while I was in, so I couldn't attend his funeral. When I got out, I was in a funk for several months; eating, drinking, sleeping. Then I got a machinist job with a Japanese auto supplier and have been enthralled with Japan's culture! K-On! was one of my first dives into anime. Every day I sing one of the three intro songs while at work lol.
Everybody has to grow up sometime you know lol it was pretty sad but seeing as I am in college and they started college I personally wasn't too sad since I knew their journey wasn't over yet... that sad they should make a new season or ova showing them in college or something lol
Man... The elderly people in this generation have memories of listening to rock by Bon Jovi and such as this, but... When I eventually become an elderly person of the next generations, songs from "K-ON!" are going to be the songs that I go back to muse over Faraway, but precious memories. Thank you KyoAni, and may you resonate within every single person's life that you changed, even if you are unable to do so physically, for all eternity.

I recently visited Japan from the UK..While there, I brought the "K-On!" box set!..The only thing I knew about it was that it had influenced the founder of the band I went to see in Japan...I have since watched it..and LOVED IT!.....And yes I can see where she got some of her ideas...hehe!.
Thank you, Yui's temporary forgetfulness, for making an immortal mark to this awesomely beautiful song in one of the best slice-of-life anime the world has ever known (and a really good antidote to the likes of CLANNAD and Puella Magi Madoka Magica).

I wanted this to be their flagship song moreso than "Fuwa Fuwa Time". I think both other season 1 songs topped that one but this one in particular.
