I've been keeping all the extra runes that I don't need on 1 star Mimicks, as little chests they seem the most fitting for holding them haha

I personally feel that the rune and artifact base storage (not counting monster holding runes) it's near the limit where it's fine to have enough space for specific sets of specific main stats with specific substats but not be extremely annoying to filter and trash the runes you actually don't need or won't be realistically using. The problem to add more rune and artifacts space is that when someone hits the new cap you will have more runes to go through and check, inevitably increasing the most annoying part which is the amount of time needed to organize the runes/artifacts.
Grinds and gems there's only 2 solutions:
- Keep the storage system and rework the usage to a point you can regem/regrind and only get upgrades, meaning that you need at most 4-5 gems/grinds depending on the stat/ancient type. In this way someone only needs to gem and grind everything and only keep 4-8 of the most unused sets and hoard the vio, despair, swift and will grinds or just the one you are using the most. This indirectly will cap the amount of immemorial packs someone would need if it's up to date with all their runes.
- Keep the regem/regrind system but let someone hoard maybe a 99 stack of each gem/grind. There's sometimes that you need that extra atk% or spd and end up wasting 10+ grinds while still having runes to do that last step to max it. This will indirectly make that anyone who just farm R5 would only need to buy crystal packs and Immemorial packs would only be if you need it at the exact time the pack is bought.
I still think it's weird about the grind storage because it seems they're stacking different items instead a fixed amount of amount of set of grind or gem. And even if it's properly done it means it was intentionally capped without a reason to.
I auto engrave only on blue slimes, got 200+ of them and they are very easy to spot when I rune another monster

how to have peace of mind when you have 1200/1200 runes and you don't wanna sell anything: get 9999/9999 beast stones until your mind is cleared... Face it, you want those weekly x3 reap and x2 chests...

trying to raise my rune standards more like I’m selling runes that don’t have triple rolls.. selling all blue runes. and try to keep the storage under 600 runes max
I prefer to use rainbowmons as placeholders cause i then find it easier than other mons (for the color) wish auto engrave worked on those tho lol (not sure if it works since last patch)
i use rainbowmons for energy :P
Now I need a guide on what to do when my monster storage unit is 800/800 because i have so many rune storage units
Find your top 1000 runes and get rid of the rest
unrune the units and place them in the other storage where you can place units without runes

Use Rainbowmons to store your runes and you can have SWOP treat them to be unequipped.
true, but then you are "wasting" rainbowmons that can be used for free energy
i dont have problerm with rune limit amount
but
sometimes i have problem with grind/enchanted when farm raid r5 alwasy ask me to sell grind or enchanted(ur inventory is full)
yep, would love it if they improve that one as well. Since they stack. it shouldn't matter to make it unlimited

Anyone else cringe when he sold that +21 speed rune? And it was a Atk% run on slot 6. The other stats suck but it still hurts.
if you have too many of those and substats are near non existing, then yea they are not needed.
