I would say it's Ten because he is Winwin's English teacher in the dorms, and it was the latter who requested to learn English with Ten.
This is one of the many reasons why I am so thankful that WayvV happened, I mean never did I ever imagine till 2018 for Winwin to have his own show on UA-cam where he speaks so much because it never seemed possible but now look how far he has come. Ofcourse he was loved in 127 but he never got any opportunity to show himself.
