King Krule's new album Space Heavy is out on June 9th. Pre-order now: kingkrule.ffm.to/spaceheavy Directed by Charlotte Patmore. Written by Archy Marshall.
Ever since Archie implemented the sax into his music I’ve never loved it more than ever, that guy in the vid is the most hype man imaginable, I remember swimming him through the crowd after he stage dived. A new element in the flesh, and the king still hasn’t changed, King Krule is truly slept on
Since I found King Krule, I've been describing him to my friends as "If Tom Waits was born in London" and the sax not really acting as a melody instrument, but just another piece of the overall tone of the ensemble is just another element of correlation I see between the two.
The Ooz is a beautiful story, more like a dream and you try to explain it but it’s not the same. And I am seeing the dream I dreamt. Please make the dream whole.
This is my third favorite Krule song, ever. Czech One's beautiful lyricism and melody as well as Biscuit Town's incredible video and sound are battling for number two. Out Getting Ribs is my favorite because it's the only other song to make me cry besides So Real by Jeff Buckley. Lizard State makes me dance and Baby Blue makes me bop. This song somehow has this haunted hotel echo to it and this inescapable sense of lonleyness to it. I wish I could explain the way your music makes me feel. I saw you in Philly, front row, and cried all my makeup off at the end.
It's interesting that Biscuit Towns video contributes to its value as a song for you. I'd say it does to me too, it enriches the audio side of the music
Lad, seriously, you've been one of my greatest inspirations alongside with Joji. I'm pretty high now and listening to your stuff is just... so great that I don't have a exact word to describe the feeling. Keep up. So much greetings from Brazil.
@@Christian-97 I’m sure he considers King Krule a band. He often introduces himself as Archy from King Krule. But most people seem to think it’s a stage name. Tbf on some of the stuff Archy’s featured on he’s credited as King Krule, so who knows
Has it been this long? Has it been this long since I saw you there? Well, has it been this long? Has it been this long since I’ve had this bond? Lost to where I belong I don’t ever wanna leave this night And has it been this long? Waltzing deep space lullaby Well, has it been this long? Lost paradise for one I can see your face Lost to where I belong I walked across you everyday As I floated along Spent most of my time orbiting your waist And had it really been this long? Since I got lost in space? [Instrumental Interlude] Has it been this long since I’ve had this bond? Has it been this long since I’ve had this bond?
Therere only a few musicians who can give me this particular feeling, whichs so important for my existence 🌌. Thank you King Krule, For being such an inspiring artist!
When he played this song live it was so ethereal. The crowd got dead quiet and it was so... haunting. Really made you feel like you were floating.
Thats must've been a hell of an experience
chipped nailpolish It was absolutely amazing, it’s one thing to hear the album but listening to it live it’s like having an out of body experience.
I just got chills reading this
That's just the ketamine

It’s funny cause king Krule actually has a kid now🤣
With the video clip director
the whole aesthetic of this video looks like what the ooz sounds like, if that makes sense
Yes but also it seems like he ate Antonioni films' style and then vomited this.
Make perfect sense
Lana O'Brien agreed
@@marcocaloi8599 seems like a tamer version of begotten (1991) imo
The video and album is so good that its impossible to put into words how it makes us, as the fans, feel

His music makes me wanna smoke cigarettes at a 50s themed bar and get slapped then kissed by a pretty girl wit a fingerwave.
Out getting ribs! Hell yeah that's my favorite
I was at the Philly concert. It was so amazing. I’ll never forget that experience.

Hey Krule congrats on being a dad!
Aashwin he has a child?!
Even Emil cioran would have been proud of him.
A magnificent plunge into deep exquisite , exquisite textures of existence
It's nice to see vector moving into new directions, that hole moon thing sure aleniated him.
one of the best album of all time.
Gotta agree, there’s something about King Krule that makes him (or them if Archy considers it a band) fitting of that statement.

@@PorcelainArmsRR Had a feeling that was the case. It always seemed disrespectful to the other band members to just say that King Krule is just Archy.
@@Christian-97 nah it ain't a band, he records everything himself and then play live with a band

Kangggg, beautiful work as always bruv!
My man Krule really loves David Lynch
I like how the saxophone player is just following him around everywhere
The ending is like Frank Zappa type stuff, I love that kind of music, King Krule has such a fantastic style to me
What Zappa songs would you recommend? The dissonant organ and stuff at the end of this is sick.
