I’m so happy my bees found a better home with Tim who will take good care of them. I wouldn’t have been able to do any of the maintenance work as I’m allergic. I was surprised when I saw bees had moved into an abandoned nuc hat my daughter had put in the driveway (she took up beekeeping but then moved to Arizona). I love bees and actually kept several hives with my (now ex) husband when I learned I was allergic…I’m glad this surprise hive survived the winter (I gave them sugar water on warmer days) and I hope they will do well this year, helping to pollinate and start producing some honey!!.
