with a 2015 office laptop intel I5 and intel graphics you will get around 20 fps, with a new-gen I5, 12 GB of ram, and a RTX3060 GPU you can get to a solid 144 fps (i capped them at that frame rate so my laptop doesnt heat up too much) with the vulkan API launch mode and graphics set on low-normal, 2015 laptop would be around 500 dollars during that time, the one i use now costed 1400
