I have Lyme that wants to hang around. There is plenty of fear around it, but what I have done is several things. First and foremost, is to stop reading the horror stories on the Internet. That is their story not mine. Flip your Script as I say. When I was first diagnosed, that is all I did, and I think I planted symptoms in my mind. Second thing I do is tap with Brad Yates every night on UA-cam. Does EFT help me...I don’t know, but what I do know is Brad Yates does. His energy is calming to me...that just to hear his voice relaxes me. I can feel the compassion coming from him. The next thing I do is either go to Elkhart Tolle or ‘The Untethered Soul’, by Michael Singer. When you realize your mind will scare the bejesus out of you and you work on detaching, it really helps. Then lastly, I may say to myself, “this too shall pass.” Another thing I focus on is I am just a part of the bigger me. I am the personality known as Lynn, but that is not the Big Me. These things seem to help quite a bit.

fear = false expectation appearing real.....there is a state where you dont have a fear....ego has fear, your true state is in peace. you are beautiful. stay in bliss

Hey Kris! I've been following you for years and I've bought a few of your books. Love you! The fear topic definitely resonates with me, as I'm sure it does with many. I can also go down a rabbit hole of "what if's" to the point of anxiety that has put me in the ER (twice) just to verify I'm NOT having a 2nd heart attack. Since my HA in 2012 I found I no longer trusted my extraordinarily healthy body. Kind of like when you have a really dependable car... your driving around and all of a sudden it breaks down and you go - WHAT! oh no, it's not dependable anymore... you don't trust it. At least that was my experience. So I had to use the tool box to forgive myself, trust God, and the Universe again. Some of my tools are meditation and being present, multilevel self care (healthy food, movement, products, thinking), listening to inspirational guru's (thank you for being one), and GRATITUDE! Great topic and great advice. I particularly like the idea and phrase "the next right action". Wishing you all the best always.

Ahh Kris, yes tell yourself a different story. X
I resonate to this vid so much. Ive struggled with anxiety for so long and the little voice that says ‘what if?’ Ugh. Anxiety feeds the fear scripts and it’s like water, it’s in the background underneath it all, looking for the next thing to be anxious about.🙄For me it’s a ‘hyper vigilance’ always on amber so my toolbox is about learning to relax. My self care is my priority now, I have a monthly aromatherapy massage, I go for a quick walk to release any unnecessary adrenaline and I feed the birds, have a tea in the garden and breathe.
It’s a daily process to make new stories.😊 And a big part of my self care is listening to you!⭐️
I also really recommend a book called ‘The Body Keeps the Score’ by Bessel Van Der Kolk about transformation of trauma.
You’re a massive source of Goodness, Kris and I always feel lighter after watching you.💕
    Love to all.
    I’m on the ascension. 👍xxx

Please continue to explore this topic. I never go for medical tests because I'm afraid of the results. I actually pass out sometimes. I know I should have these tests, and I know catching things early is best. Sometimes I force myself and it's pure agony. Since the sudden death of my only child a son at 35 years old, I have no one to come with me or if not that, if I do have a major problem, I now have no support system at all. I have a sister but she let me know years ago that even though she loves me dearly, she has her own life to live. (Some love, huh?) I love your channel and demeanor, you are so very nice. I appreciate you. 🌻 I had a best friend but she died 2 years ago, my other friend is not able to walk anymore. ❤️

Hi! Brand new to this channel and so happy I have found you. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 I have a terrible fear of recurrence and of course testing. I mean.... I absolutely loose it! As a matter of fact, I have one coming up. So grateful to have found you and binge listening to all your videos now :)

You make me tear up topped with the bumble bee story! What a sweet and loving bumble bee! And what a wonderful and creative way to wake you up from the story. I love how Higher Power sends us the message we need to see and hear in times of sometimes relentless but unnecessary fears. Thanks you and 10 thumbs up❤️

I acted for *years, even in fear. The problem is no one showed up for me. Now I require information before I act but they are so unreasonable, even cruel refusing to say who, what for, where it leads, and if I wanted to how would I do it. I wish it was as easy as acting in fear but that’s not the problem in my state.

fear is when the rabies dog is running at you but when its teeth pinches your flesh
fear disappears. and then there is only action.
yes you have to go through fear and come out the other side
and it is good for you.
