While other competitors put their hearts and souls into their music. Such a careless attitude, you can tell she already knew that she was going to win from the start.

I am really upset that despite knowing how she won (i.e. contacts with the jury member, changes in the contest rules 4 days before so that the televotes do not matter really) the Eurovision journalists do not see the problem there. Polish fans are labelled as envy people who are angry that someone else did not win, but this is not the main issue here, really... We want transparency from the polish broadcaster and for Blanka's wellbeing she should advocate for it also to clear the name...

There was a Finnish journalist who asked about the whole situation, just search Podplay Blanka (in the podcast Voice fi: Artistihaastattelut)
we would love to support her IF we had transparent voting results, and proof that she won fairly. At this moment all we have are many questions and concerns and she, her manager and TVP dont want to answer any of them. So no, no support from Poles.
PS dear journalists, please remember this controversy is not about people’s favourite not winning, it’s much deeper than that.

Po 2 - jeśli uważacie, że on jest "kupiony", to chyba nie śledzicie eurowizyjnych koncertów i mediów zbyt długo...
Nie podoba się Wam, że gościu powiedział Wam, że to słabo, że tak wszędzie wchodzicie tylko po to, żeby wbić jej szpilę?
Zgoda - TVP powinna być bardziej transparentna z wynikami. Ale to nikomu nie daje prawa by przestać być człowiekiem i przestać traktować innych jak ludzi. Wg mnie o to mu chodziło, a nie o "lizanie dupy".
I tak w ogóle - wiem, że w komentarzach pod filmikami Blanki słabo to widać, ale zaręczam, że większość eurowizyjnych dziennikarzy zawsze z uśmiechem na twarzy podejdzie do jakiegokolwiek reprezentanta i będą starali się przeprowadzić z nim miłą rozmowę, a fani, którzy pojawiają się na eurowizyjnych koncertach zatańczą do każdej eurowizyjnej piosenki i będą ją nucić. To jest prawdziwy duch eurowizji, a nie "ustawka".
Please respect that we Polish people didn't choose her... It's the TVP choice and even if she is cute and sweet (which of course she can be) that does not change our attitude towards her. We don't "hating", we want normal, clear preselections, without staged winner's.
She does not respect our choice and our concerns over the pre-selections, even if there are literally heavy evidences for it being manipulated, so we won't respect that representation of our country.

No she is the representative of Poland. She was the Polish public 2nd favourite in 2nd place in televote. So many people do support her. Judging and voting system works fine and decison is made which you haters have to cope and accept. Song is amazing and she will improve and do better in Eurovision performance.

Also, there are seven (!) people listed as authors, five for songwriting, three for lyrics (Blanka is listed in both, hence seven, not eight ppl). What were they doing for this hour and who is the actual writer of the song? This song is basic AF, did like one person wrote "beybe", the other "solo, solo", and the next "diripampam diri pam pam"?
Why is it for eurovision media so hard to understand that we feel like we have been scammed. I know interweaving participants is your job but we have no obligation to support her and we have right to say out loud that she is not our rep.She could have done many things to calm things down and she didn't nothing apart from liking insulting comments on her IG and playing victim :)

The audience in Poland didn't choose Blanka. To this day, Polish television does not want to provide detailed results of the pre-selection. In addition, the rules of pre-selection were broken in several points. If the selection was fair, why doesn't the TV want to share the results?
Becsuse everything is clear 50% of the jury and 50% of the viewers, she got 1 place from jury and 2 place from viewers - it doesn’t matter that she got 6000 votes and Jann got more, its STILL second place and 10 points (12 for first). Stop cry people because its very boring and unhealthy. We chose Blanka.

Nawet TVP nie zablokowało komentarzy. Jak to świadczy o ESC?

Very unprefessional interview? How can you dare to tell US that we need support her act if you know nothing about this case. Blanka liked the offensive comments about jann on her social media for example that he is from dregs of society as he has 7 siblings and all his 11 members of family used to live in 4 rooms in the past. He is talented selfmade Man while Blanka has extremely rich father who promoted her agressively on the morning shows since she was a teenager and "sang" from playback. Ask her about that and don`t tell Polish people WHO should we support. She Has no dignity that she is there as she didnt deserve to win as most Polish people voted for Jann. Did her rich father pay you too?
I hoped that journalists would ask Blanka about this situation and corruption but unfortunately everyone are super nice to her as if nothing had happened. It is very disrespectful for polish people

This girl doesn't have any fans in Poland, her whole career has been bought by a wealthy family and connections. We had a perfect candidate that could actually do good and offer something new, the vast majority picked him but the shady actions of TVP pushed her to the top and ignored any requests to at least show us transparent data. Who wouldn't be angry?

How can you support corruption and rigged results? It's unbelievable to me. The very same channel posted a video criticising (fairly) her performance at almost every point as a reaction. She may seem nice but all the rest...no comment.

@@the_bejba To be fair she does have a big fanbase from what I can tell and she's probably much more known than Jann. She also participated in "Poland's Next Topmodel". From what I've heard Jann STILL had more than double the points in the televoting even though, compared to her, he is pretty unknown. There isn't much they could've done, since, in case of a tie the one with more jury points would've won either way.

He is a real artist and thanks to the preselections he gained a huge recognition, he sold out his first tour in a day, gained 90k followers on instagram and won people's hearts. Blanka is from a huge company that promotes her, has one song and there are evidences that she has bought followers on instagram. There is a huge difference between them and popularity doesnt matter here. Jann should have won because of artistry and charisma, thats it
We would absolutely love to support her, but we also have the right to disagree with HOW the preselections went. It’s not about favourites. For me, 5 people from these preselections could go and I’d be over the moon. It’s about a fair game. I feel sorry for Blanka because the broadcaster and the label put her as a shield. She doesn’t deserve this, but she could also (if she believed that it was all fair, which there’s tens of proofs that it wasn’t) request the detailed results and support people’s appeals for the truth. That’s all.

Yeah, telling Poles to support her and ignoring the way HOW she won is like telling Belarusians to support Lukashenka because he won, no matter how. She didn't win fairly, i.e. she didn't win at all. And corruption should never go unpunished. She had her chance to get on our side (e.g. by publicly calling TVP out for hiding the results), but she didn't.
(yes, I am aware an authoritarian president is not the same as PiS-controlled public broadcaster fixing Eurovision preselections, but it's a hyperbole. If we ignore it now, what would stop PiS from rigging the actual elections next?)

But not in every country does the official choreographer of the winner sit on the preselection jury; the winner with his Eurovision song has been performed for four months with the dancers of this choreographer, and appears on the same stage as other jury members (Edyta Gorniak; New Year's Eve on TVP). On top of that, a commercial for her "Solo" performance in You Can Dance has been playing on TVP for weeks, including just before the preselection. And, not in every country, the exact results of the jury's vote and the rules of that vote have not been revealed so far.

As much as I like her song, I believe Polish fans deserve to know the truth about Blanca's selection. As per the EBU's guidelines, accountability must be a participating broadcaster's top priority. In this case, it's the exact opposite.
Привіт, я просто хочу сказати людям, які люблять і дивляться Євробачення, будь ласка, не підтримуйте польську учасницю Бланку, яка, кажучи, що вони в хороших стосунках з одним із учасників попереднього відбору, вподобала образливий коментар, де хтось написав, що джанн походить з маргінесу суспільства і танцює як повія, кажучи, що він нічого про це не знає, хоча для цього є відео та фотографії, крім того, правила попереднього відбору були змінені чотири дні тому, і ніхто не знає голоси, або глядачі, або журі хочуть прозорості та справедливості. Танцівники, які брали участь у виступі Бланки, вийшли з одного з журі. As a fan who has been following Wiwibloggs for years I don’t appreciate this interview. She should be ignored everywhere and by everyone. Everything was staged, she knew everything from the beginning, and I’ve heard she said some bad stuff about Jann too, so yeah she def not a victim here.

@@powermusicvevo Not everyone is interested in Eurovision. Why do you assume the people who didn't vote would choose Blanka? Jann received the highest number of votes, so he won according to the rules of democracy.
I'm not polish, but im sick of people pretending like nothing happenend. I know that there's a lot of controversy about Blanka herself, which may or may not be justified, but this isn't about her. Or about Jann. This is about the TVP. If the NF was really rigged, and really EVERYTHING is pointing towards that, then a serious crime has been committed and no, personally i don't think that people should "just get over it".

The girl seems really nice, she speaks perfect English and is very representative. She wins my heart. I know she does not have Loreen's or Beyonce's voice but do you remember Lena from Germany? She had a nice personality and had a song that wasn't very demanding. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Blanka.

Okey, It’s really nice interview, Blanka show us “different face” than in Polish media 😮 maybe if she would be chosen by TVP without those drama about transparent voting and her personal behaviour then probably I’ll support her… but right now after all of this i will not 💔 and for me this year Poland is not participate at the Eurovision 2023 😢
