All round best loadout that I used to three man VoG Hard. Primary - Fatebringer Secondary - Black Hammer Heavy - Gjallarhorn No competition, heavy hitting.
Thorn is now one of the best hancannons with the buff and now the last word is mainly in third place while hawk moon and thorn are tied for first. This is just depending on the player and each one is a very good handcannon in their own way but with the decreased damge with ads on last word bumps it back in terms of pve. Still great for pvp.
People say the Ice Breaker is the best sniper for the raid but I disagree. It is good but it is better to have a fully ranked sniper that has the mod where you find more ammo. Reason being you can fire way more shots a hell of a lot faster. Ice Breaker has 6 shots then you have to wait a good amount of time for regen. My sniper holds like 20 something rounds so I can fire the entire time with no breaks. You will never run out of ammo because of the mod there will be like 100 of them laying all over the ground. Also the recoil on the Ice Breaker is awful and slows killing time down.
otaku_dreamz Logic just does not compute in the minds of some people. That's why we have pro players and people that struggle. You don't have to run around when there will be ammo laying all over the place. You should be constantly moving anyway just picking up ammo along the way. Try it and see if you ever use an ice breaker again.
I got the Gjallarhorn from a legendary engram. I use Corrective Measure way more. The Gjallarhorn is cool and does a lot of damage to one target, but you can kill a lot more enemies with Corrective Measure and its 100 round clip.
I could helped them out with best machine gun. The best machine gun (in my opinion) is the Thunderlord. When fully upgraded it does tons of damage in PvP taking what seems like only 2 precision shots for a kill. Its a low mag, high stability kind of machine gun but why need a lot of bullets when you only need a few to kill? Reloading isn't a problem because its exotic perk, part of the perk let's you reload faster after a kill and the other part the weapon shoots faster the longer it is firing. PvE I don't really see it as PvE weapon but whenever there is a nightfall with ark burn, consider to add it in your arsenal.
I'm from the future and all the weapons got changed! PVE: Hawkmoon (best PVE weapon if not best weapon in Destiny) Praedyths Revenge and THE SWARM I swap out the heavy/special weapon according to the situation. PVP: Hard Light (not THE best gun, but I can consistently destroy everyone else with it) The Comedian, or Praedyths Revenge (Comedian IS actually REALLY good, but people don't like it, because of that extra bit of skill it requires to use. Not that shotguns require skill!) THE SWARM
Best PvP weapons: Primary: The Last Word, Hawkmoon Special: Final Verdict, Invective, Invisible Hand M7, Comedian with full auto perk Heavy: Corrective Measure Pistols are the shit in PvP. The Last Word fires faster than Suros Regime and you only need three shots if you aim good(with is easy with TLW since it has high stability). TLW isn't great for long range. Hawkmoon owns in long range encounters. Pistols are also good in PvE. Fatebringer and Timus Lash are the best here.
JBoffTheWall Even with only headshots, by the time you killed someone with Suros I killed 3 guys with TLW. Same for MIDA and VOC. They just better at range, but they can't compete with Hawkmoon at a range. Especially in Iron Banner. I often don't even need two headshots with Hawkmoon. One headshot, one body shot, done. The time it take to kill someone with TLW or Hawkmoon actually rivals the time it take to kill someone with The Swarm.
JamanWerSonst I can't same much for the Suros since I don't have it, but claiming to be able to get 3 kills for my 1 with MIDA is a bit overexagerated. Takes three head shots on average with both MIDA and TLW to kill. Sure Hawkmoon has the impact to two shot people, but the lack of ROF puts at a disadvantage in situations that TLW or MIDA excel.
The Vex was BEAST in the Iron Banner. I found it to be much better than my Suros. Corrective Measure was my Heavy. Rockets are great, but ammo is very limited. I can take down a lot more people with an LMG. Icebreaker, Praedyths (sp?), Epitaph (ARC). Atheon's Epilogue, Vision of Confluence, and Fatebringer are amazing. One of those is usually my Primary so that I can run Icebreaker or Gjallahorn, though the Giant is my main Rocket Launcher. I don't have the Raid Pulse, Fusion, or Rocket Launcher yet.
My lvl 30 Iron Banner loadout right now: Primary - Shadow Price (shitty nodes but still great stats; love the range) Special - Ice Breaker Heavy - Thunderlord I run Ice Breaker until heavy ammo is spawning and then I just equip my Thunderlord. With the stability upgrade it is un-fucking-stoppable. Because level differences mean something, I can drop a 27 or 28 with 3-4 rounds from the mag.
I'd say the dragons breath deserves a honorable mention, although I doesn't have tracking like the other 2, if u can master the velocity and get to know the gun and use it a lot u can put in major damage in PvP and PvE, with the added bonus for the solar damage it does upon impact, me personally, the dragons breath has it all it looks bad ass it puts in a ton of damage and with time and skill it can be OP in PvP and PvE
I'm surprised doctor nope didn't make the list for auto rifles, it's great for both pvp and pve. More bullets more dps and a 72 round mag and high fire rate it's awesome
My vanquisher III has the perks on it thats are kills with this weapon increase grenade cooldown and it has third eye where u see the radar while ur aiming downs sights. And mine also has field scout. Where my clip is upgraded to 44
when i was a low level the gun that best suited me was the husk of the pit and if you upgrade it a lot it becomes a whole new weapon, of course i dont still use it but just saying
Best weapons: (Well to me) Primary: Suros Regime, Vision of Confluence, Hawkmoon, Fate of all Fools, and Vex Mythoclast. Special: Invective, Pocket Infinity, Plan C, The Chozen, Ice Breaker, Patients and Time, and Found Verdict. Heavy: Zombie Apocalypse, Thunderlord, and Super Good Advice.
I think Super Good Advice is ass, and I don't think a heavy weapon should be using your exotic slot. Also, how can Fate of All Fools be one of the best weapons in the game when it isn't even available to the general public yet?
Someone already has it and upgraded it. Bungie gave it to a man who has some type of brain damage. There's videos about it already out. Its perks also are very good since every bullet fired into an enemy fills up a bar for a one shot head shot on anything an that also includes Guardians. Its basically the power of a Sniper Rifle in a Scout Rifle. For a heavy being Exotic it sure helps if your trying to go for killing sprees. I used SBA and always got over 10 kills in one life.
rimary: Suros Regime, Vision of Confluence, Hawkmoon, Fate of all Fools, and Vex Mythoclast. Special: Invective, Pocket Infinity, Plan C, The Chozen, Ice Breaker, Patients and Time, and Found Verdict. lol, I secodn THIS but where is raid sniper? it's damn stable,.
I've been rocking Shadow Price Patience and time Unfriendly Giant Solid loadout for PVP. The shadow price is better than the suros imo because it doesnt lose fire rate while aiming. It nearly has the same stats as the suros as well.
tbh I hunt Suros Regime users in PVP with Hard Light. It easily beats Suros in every way, even PVE. Also, Corrective Measure is an amazing MG( Raid MG you were trying to remember).
wtf I have completely different mods for my shadow price first perk unlock: bottom half of the mag does extra damage (glass half full) second perk: motion tracker active while aiming down sight (third eye)
Thunder lord in my opinion is the best machine gun it's impact is very high and destroys large groups/reavers in pvp and pve. Hawk moon is the best hand cannon in the game especially in pvp it's a beast.
I just got my gjallarhorn as a drop in pvp control, so hyped but I'll wait till the dlc drops to level it up once I upgrade it, sorry destin :-P lol. hope you get yours soon
Why, in all of the ''best weapons of destiny'' or related videos, do they always forget the Thunderlord? High rate of fire, high damage, low recoil (for an LMG), and a chance to make the enemy explode into a fuzzy mess (although this is just for aesthetics and does no damage). Its a great weapon. In my opinion, its in a tie with Corrective Measure for the best LMG in Destiny.
Best machine gun is definitely Corrective measure, good call. But Thunderlord is definitely better in PvP. And if it had surplus, it would give corrective measure a run for it's money.
I've completely upgraded Bad Seed Down, a legendary pulse rifle. It's damage is very poor because of the recoil when compared to my other auto rifles. The clip is small at too, and the reload time is slow.
The best machine guns are Thunderlord and Corrective Measure. Thunderlord is a monster!! Im surprised you didn't even mention it. This video is your best weapons, not the best in the game. Lol
Spyder0275 But they really aren't though, clips and mags I mean. But in the video it says mags in the guns specs and they keep saying clips. By we you mean you.
How is a weapon that you only fire a couple times throughout the entire strike/raid the best weapon in the game? You definition of best in the game is terrible lol. The best weapon is the the weapon I can do everything great with. The rockets are a speciality/specialist weapon.
Algebruh After the BULLSH@T Bungie pulled. I am POd at them. they did it on purpose, and no players that worked hard to get the Ghorn is happy bout it.
All round best loadout that I used to three man VoG Hard.
Primary - Fatebringer
Secondary - Black Hammer
Heavy - Gjallarhorn
No competition, heavy hitting.
Solid load out:
Primary: Shadow Price
Secondary: The Comedian/Invective
Heavy: Gjallarhorn/Zombie Apocalypse
Replace Zombie Apoc with Jolder's Hammer and thats a set!
Brandon Vue
Replace Jolder's Hammer with Corrective measure and thats a set!
Mom grab the camera this kid got roasted lol
HilariousReveal am only using corrective measure cuz its 300. the high recoil in the first set of bullets makes it less than ideal in pvp
*****
Stability perk, dude :)
Red Hand IX with explosive rounds ALWAYS gets overlooked. Maybe cuz not alot of ppl have it
They should allow weapon customization I know they have their own but they should let us do our touch on our guardian ... More freedom the better
Top 5 is gjallarhorn, ice breaker, hawkmoon, suros, and plan c hands down.
For LMG it's easily Corrective Measure that gun is such a beast. How do these guys not know this?
Thorn is now one of the best hancannons with the buff and now the last word is mainly in third place while hawk moon and thorn are tied for first. This is just depending on the player and each one is a very good handcannon in their own way but with the decreased damge with ads on last word bumps it back in terms of pve. Still great for pvp.
I have a Vanquisher that has a max ammo upgrade. It makes the ammo clip go up to 42 almost double its original. Its extremely powerful in pvp.
Couldn't agree more!
otaku_dreamz Logic just does not compute in the minds of some people. That's why we have pro players and people that struggle. You don't have to run around when there will be ammo laying all over the place. You should be constantly moving anyway just picking up ammo along the way. FYI - The Gjallarhorn is pronounced Yallarhorn. It's Nordic in origin. #TheMoreYouKnow en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gjallarhorn
I only use my last word, got it from a legendary engram and I just like the unique animation it uses and that you can fire it on auto.
I got the Gjallarhorn from a legendary engram. I use Corrective Measure way more. The Gjallarhorn is cool and does a lot of damage to one target, but you can kill a lot more enemies with Corrective Measure and its 100 round clip.
invective

The MIDA Multi Tool never fails me, got it from my 1st Legendary Engram
I'm from the future and all the weapons got changed!

Hawkmoon (best PVE weapon if not best weapon in Destiny)
Praedyths Revenge and THE SWARM I swap out the heavy/special weapon according to the situation.

The Comedian, or Praedyths Revenge (Comedian IS actually REALLY good, but people don't like it, because of that extra bit of skill it requires to use. Not that shotguns require skill!)
THE SWARM
Best PvP weapons:
Primary: The Last Word, Hawkmoon
Special: Final Verdict, Invective, Invisible Hand M7, Comedian with full auto perk
Heavy: Corrective Measure
Pistols are the shit in PvP.
Not gonna even mention MIDA, VoC or Suros? Both the scout rifles have better ROF and range than the TLW or Hawkmoon.
Nobody cares noob
JBoffTheWall
Even with only headshots, by the time you killed someone with Suros I killed 3 guys with TLW.

I'd destroy you with my fatebringer
cool vid, the sniper skin i like best is the red and black pompeii.
My main load out:
PRIMARY: Hawkmoon
SPECIAL: Found Verdict
HEAVY: BTRD-345
Secondary load out:
PRIMARY: ILL WILL
SPECIAL:Praedyth's Revenge
HEAVY: GJALLERHORN
The Vex was BEAST in the Iron Banner. I found it to be much better than my Suros. Corrective Measure was my Heavy. Rockets are great, but ammo is very limited. I do actually use the Vex a lot in PvE.
GO HAWKS!!!
My lvl 30 Iron Banner loadout right now:
Primary - Shadow Price (shitty nodes but still great stats; love the range)
Special - Ice Breaker
Heavy - Thunderlord
I run Ice Breaker until heavy ammo is spawning and then I just equip my Thunderlord. With the stability upgrade it is un-fucking-stoppable. Because level differences mean something, I can drop a 27 or 28 with 3-4 rounds from the mag.
My list for best weapons:
Primary:Fatebringer
Special:???
Primary:gallahorn (I probably misspelled it)

there is a special version of "the swarm" MG that is unbelievable good.
great stability fast reload and 60 bullets.
Corrective measure from the raid
I have a version with field scout. Not bad
My vanquisher has the mod with the bigger clip, takes it to 44 I think. Thing is a beast!
I'm surprised doctor nope didn't make the list for auto rifles, it's great for both pvp and pve. More bullets more dps and a 72 round mag and high fire rate it's awesome

I think Super Good Advice is ass, and I don't think a heavy weapon should be using your exotic slot. Also, how can Fate of All Fools be one of the best weapons in the game when it isn't even available to the general public yet?

Two hits in pvp instant kill most of the time on pve... Super good advice isnt bad
rimary: Suros Regime, Vision of Confluence, Hawkmoon, Fate of all Fools, and Vex Mythoclast.
Special: Invective, Pocket Infinity, Plan C, The Chozen, Ice Breaker, Patients and Time, and Found Verdict.
lol, I secodn THIS but where is raid sniper? it's damn stable,.
John Palcon super good advice is not a good advice imo... the recoil is insane, which makes it bad for pvp
Why are the best weapons only from the raid?
I don't even remember when the last legendary/exotic drop I've got....
My usual load out:
Primary: Vision of Confluence or The Devil You Know
Special: Ice Breaker or Light/Beware
Heavy: Corrective Measure or Gjallarhorn.
Got today from playing iron banner I was so dang excited man
I realize this video is not an example of this, but IGN stop putting 30 second ads on 30 second videos
Vanquisher VIII is pretty tight. I like it a lot. How about a shoutout to the Hard Light for doing 0.2 dps until you get the reduced recoil perk lol
Holy shit! Is the last word really full auto? I've been using it for like 2 weeks now and did not realize.
'I have it, but I can't remember what it is'......helpful thanks
Corrective Measure is high rate of fire AND very stable
Agreed, 100 rounds of recoiless death and destruction
>:D
I like Thunderlord as a machinegun. It hits hard and fires fast.
I've been rocking
Shadow Price
Patience and time
Unfriendly Giant
Solid loadout for PVP.
Best weapons are a matter of play style. You break down the best weapons when you dont even have them all, or have fully upgraded ones you own...
wtf I have completely different mods for my shadow price
first perk unlock: bottom half of the mag does extra damage (glass half full)
second perk: motion tracker active while aiming down sight (third eye)
Im so happy they pointed out that the mythoclast sucks. I got one and was very dissapointed.
I have vanquisher with a bigger mag it holds 42 with it equipped
What's his shader ¿
They are going to make the damage go up to 365 in the new dlc house of wolves
The best weapon in destiny is the power button on your console!
I don't get it
i took the time to give some good advice. Das Suck
Alfredo best machine hands down is thunderlord
I have vanquisher which I got from nightfall and it has increased mag upgrade sooooo yeah
Some times it's just seems like Destin doesn't even know what he's talking about
My shadow price does have the 42 clip..
i was using my Light/Beware Fusion rifle last night in iron banner and it takes lvl 30's out in one shot
Thunder lord in my opinion is the best machine gun it's impact is very high and destroys large groups/reavers in pvp and pve. Hawk moon is the best hand cannon in the game especially in pvp it's a beast.
I got a new monarchy scout rifle with explosive rounds. The splash damage will pop heads with shoulder shots.
I just got my gjallarhorn as a drop in pvp control, so hyped but I'll wait till the dlc drops to level it up once I upgrade it, sorry destin :-P lol. hope you get yours soon
what would be the best pulse rifle on ps4.
After watching this I'm going to starting playing Destiny a lot more.
MIDA Multi Tool?
Make another one of these videos!!
thunderlord the best heavy machine gun once sharded.
My vanquisher has a Ammo upgrade
Why, in all of the ''best weapons of destiny'' or related videos, do they always forget the Thunderlord?
High rate of fire, high damage, low recoil (for an LMG), and a chance to make the enemy explode into a fuzzy mess (although this is just for aesthetics and does no damage).
Its a great weapon. In my opinion, its in a tie with Corrective Measure for the best LMG in Destiny.
Super good advice is a decent exotic lmg
I have a vanquisher with a 44 clip its godly
Best machine gun is definitely Corrective measure, good call. But Thunderlord is definitely better in PvP. And if it had surplus, it would give corrective measure a run for it's money.
hawkmoon baby!
best loadout. PRIMARY: VEX MYTHOCLAST SECONDARY THE H O W LEG SIDEARM. HEAVY: HUNGER OF CROTA
1.vex
2.broken truth
3.hunger of crota
My loadout is three little words plan c and hunger of crota
my build;
thorn
found verdict
against all odds
Hawk moon > Last word
last word > hawkmoon but thorn > last word and hawkmoon > thorn
timothy burnside I'm sorry but.. last word is useless
nvm i just realized that the last word is good for speed so your right
Just got the ice breeeeeeeeaker on nightfall
What about pulse rifles
They have said pulse rifles have too much recoil, so they don't use them.
Obviously Bad Juju
Exotic: Red Death
Legendary: Praedyth's Timepiece
Jeremy Thelen Recoil all depends on the pulse rifle itself... Just the same as auto rifles recoil, some are better than others.
I've completely upgraded Bad Seed Down, a legendary pulse rifle. It's damage is very poor because of the recoil when compared to my other auto rifles. The clip is small at too, and the reload time is slow.
Tip: whenever you talk about a gun, ZOOM IN ON THE GUN PLEASE. Thank you.
The best machine guns are Thunderlord and Corrective Measure. Thunderlord is a monster!! Im surprised you didn't even mention it. This video is your best weapons, not the best in the game. Lol
Not lying when I first started playing I got a legendary weapon!
So did I I got the pest control
they have no idea how thorn is now
Have the last word it's AMAZING!!!! Vex Mythoclast I'm with u guys on that one
No way the last word is better than the Thorn wtf? In pvp it 2 shots people with precision and 3 shots with normal hits.
Destin playin destiny
i brought the last word, then got it 3 times the last 2 weeks from the raid and nightfall :/
Clip and magazines are different. No weapon in Destiny uses a clip. M1 Garand: clip. Any modern weapon: magazine.
We don't care, pretty interchangeable to video gamers.
Spyder0275
But they really aren't though, clips and mags I mean. But in the video it says mags in the guns specs and they keep saying clips. By we you mean you.
I got the last word on cruble
Hardlight gets no love despite the fact that it can take down enemies in a row, so if on pvp two line up they both die.
Fatebringer nuff said
Warlock super is my weapon
How is a weapon that you only fire a couple times throughout the entire strike/raid the best weapon in the game? You definition of best in the game is terrible lol. The best weapon is the the weapon I can do everything great with. The rockets are a speciality/specialist weapon.
Heavy weapon synthesis.
i have gjallahorn but ive never even used it lmao
One good machine gun......
Thunderlord
The Devil You Know is probably the best Handcannon. It has better Impact and Range than the Thorn.
Fatebringer is way better
Nathan Verbrugge I like Timur's Lash better
Hawkmoon.
HexahedronHead probably xbox people who cant use hawkmoon
I try 2 night some one but my partner shot A best rocket launcher and I seen the target and running around to get away from it
Still no love for pulse rifles then!
Hawkmoon is so much better than last word
Admittedly I couldn't give two shits about them but you completely skipped an entire category of gun - Pulse Rifles
Yeah and scouts too, MIDA Multi Tool is great
Pocket infinity>plan c
i like hard light better then suros just my opinion
I am level 20 and I don't have legendary can you believe it
I disagree with the Machine Gun. Thunderlord is easily the best Machine Gun in the game. Period.
My Loadout
VOC
Comedian
Truth
um, no Hunger!??!?! WHAT?
Ghorn is SO much better
Algebruh After the BULLSH@T Bungie pulled. I am POd at them. they did it on purpose, and no players that worked hard to get the Ghorn is happy bout it.
If you are talking about Xur selling it then I agree. They shouldve earned it. I spent 800 hours getting that gun and now Xur sells it...
Please look at the date dumbass. This is before The Dark Below.
