TE wouldn't have made the difference tonight. NU was penetrating through all the holes in the line. When your best O-line player is a freshman tackle, a QB will not get time, nor will they be able to run.

I'm a husker fan and I was at the game. It was a great atmosphere and loud. Deion is saying a lot of good things here. It's easy to talk bad about people that are in the spotlight but Coaching and getting kids to perform and execute can be a difficult challenge. He is good for College football and I hope CU finishes the season strong.

Nebraska players are mostly seniors who have played together for years and are a team. We are a plug and play team, and its hard to win with a foundation built on sand. The portal is great at getting players, keeping them around to build a solid offense and defense is the challenge. You dont have to beg for accountability if each individual measures himself first. Build the foundation first and stop letting your right hand know what your left-hand is doing. We've seen the expensive cars, jewelry, grills and podcasts. Tonight was embarrassing. We got beat by a real experienced team. We just arent that good right now. Keeping hope alive though.

Our JV & C-team have done the same. You know what we do really well: run the ball & stop the run. I’ve loved CU football for 30+ years, you know what their best teams did really well: run the ball & stop the run. 2 can throw for 5 billion yards. But until they figure out their run game, THEY ARE IN TROUBLE, bottom line. That said, I think the D has played better & Livingston showing he can make halftime adjustments. So thats about the only encouraging thing I see right now.
Pro might be a stretch, I called this to happen unfortunately. Shilo will get hurt and #2 Once they realize there's no bowl game. They will sit the last 3 or 4 games to get ready for the draft. The offense didn’t look much better…16 rushing yards, 9 penalties for 104 yds., 2 turnovers, 6 sacks, 10 tackles for loss, and Deion letting 10 seconds run off the clock before the half with the possibility to get into field goal range aren’t going to win you many games…maybe against FCS opponents….well some of them.

This is an example of what you get when you turn your roster over on a yearly basis. The portal is great, but you need to develop a core of players that will have experience with the defensive and offensive schemes. There is a lot more to add about the roster turnover, but I don’t think coach cares about our feedback or comments.
After watching the game, it could have been easily 45-10. Nebraska had the game wrapped up the first half clearly and chose to not run up the score. Deion can spin it, but they simply aren't a good team. Shedeur could have been sacked 12 times.

Seriously, watch the play again. He was dead to rights twice. Without that penalty, CU won the second half 3-0, or more like Nebraska took at least 14 points off their own scoreboard with penalties, many of which the announcers didn't think were valid. The officials were trying to keep CU in the game.

It's your job to get it going, that of you and the coaches. You passed too much and did not established the run. At 4:32 was a crazy statement about not having a run game. No way in Hxx I would not build a run game and a passing game. That is not hard to do with play action, screens and sweeps.

Hello, I am a Native Coloradoan and have been a CU Buffalos Fan since 1973 so my CU Buffs are going to get better. It is very interesting with social media how fans want CU to win every game and that just isn't going to happen. It is week 2 and 1 game lost I don't understand all the negativity, yes there are issues and yes there needs to be adjustments and corrections and with that being said I will ride and die with my CU Buffs like I have for the last 51yrs, Coach Prime and his staff are going to make the necessary adjustments that's what they get paid to do. I will be a CU Colorado Buffalos fan when Coach Prime is gone from CU and the majority of the people here in these comments don't support CU if we aren't winning every week and outside of wanting to see CU lose because Coach Prime is the Coach. The game has changed, and the Transfer Portal and NIL is what it is, so adjustments will be made stay tuned, I am not worried about the Big 12 we have 10 more games and understand the CU Buffalos build is going to take 4-5yrs that's what it is and for those of you who don't understand that why even comment. It looked like Deion had been crying prior to entering the press conference. I think the constant turnover of players does not allow continuity in development of the offensive line. Shedeur doesn’t want to throw the ball away, just like last year. That’s bad for his stat line, his completion percentage. Daddy probably told him to do this.
Sheduer is too in-love with the big play that takes too much time to develop.. He needs shorter quicker routes. Because teams are eliminating the deep threat or big play with zone schemes... You have to work under the zone. 5 and 7 yard catches, that way the O line doesn't have to work as hard. The routes are too deep and too slow to develop and not complex enough.... with guys going in different directions.. Defense has some potential.. The in-game adjustments at half-time have been great

I'm a husker fan and I was at the game. It was a great atmosphere and loud. Deion is saying a lot of good things here. It's easy to talk bad about people that are in the spotlight but Coaching and getting kids to perform and execute can be a difficult challenge. He is good for College football and I hope CU finishes the season strong.

Nebraska players are mostly seniors who have played together for years and are a team. We are a plug and play team, and its hard to win with a foundation built on sand. The portal is great at getting players, keeping them around to build a solid offense and defense is the challenge. You dont have to beg for accountability if each individual measures himself first. Build the foundation first and stop letting your right hand know what your left-hand is doing. We've seen the expensive cars, jewelry, grills and podcasts. Tonight was embarrassing. We got beat by a real experienced team. We just arent that good right now. Keeping hope alive though.

The offense didn’t look much better…16 rushing yards, 9 penalties for 104 yds., 2 turnovers, 6 sacks, 10 tackles for loss, and Deion letting 10 seconds run off the clock before the half with the possibility to get into field goal range aren’t going to win you many games…maybe against FCS opponents….well some of them.

This is an example of what you get when you turn your roster over on a yearly basis. The portal is great, but you need to develop a core of players that will have experience with the defensive and offensive schemes. There is a lot more to add about the roster turnover, but I don’t think coach cares about our feedback or comments.
After watching the game, it could have been easily 45-10. Nebraska had the game wrapped up the first half clearly and chose to not run up the score. Deion can spin it, but they simply aren't a good team. Shedeur could have been sacked 12 times.
This was a terrible job of coaching which started with the head coach don’t know what Warren Sapp is doing. That defensive lineman are terrible.

@@klardfarkus3891 The refs ignored TWO holding penalties that allowed Shaeur to scramble before he slid and drew the targeting penalty. That penalty set up their only touch down. Seriously, watch the play again. He was dead to rights twice. Without that penalty, CU won the second half 3-0, or more like Nebraska took at least 14 points off their own scoreboard with penalties, many of which the announcers didn't think were valid. The officials were trying to keep CU in the game.

Hello, I am a Native Coloradoan and have been a CU Buffalos Fan since 1973 so my CU Buffs are going to get better. It is very interesting with social media how fans want CU to win every game and that just isn't going to happen. It is week 2 and 1 game lost I don't understand all the negativity, yes there are issues and yes there needs to be adjustments and corrections and with that being said I will ride and die with my CU Buffs like I have for the last 51yrs, Coach Prime and his staff are going to make the necessary adjustments that's what they get paid to do.
I will be a CU Colorado Buffalos fan when Coach Prime is gone from CU and the majority of the people here in these comments don't support CU if we aren't winning every week and outside of wanting to see CU lose because Coach Prime is the Coach. We know Deion is desperate to put a positive spin on a horrible game. But c'mon Prime, Nebraska tried to shorten the 2nd half by running and they took their foot off the gas.
It looked like Deion had been crying prior to entering the press conference. I think the constant turnover of players does not allow continuity in development of the offensive line. Last year Deion trashed his offensive line and said he was going to go get him a new line. But this O-line seems worse than last years. But also, Shedeur has to take some responsibility when he is sacked. He often holds onto the ball for too long instead of just throwing it away. I was a little surprised that Sheuder was outplayed by a freshman QB.

He holds the ball too long looking for the huge play to pad his stats. This entire operation is looking like a springboard to bigger things for Deion, his kids and their buddies. Sheduer is too in-love with the big play that takes too much time to develop.. He needs shorter quicker routes. Because teams are eliminating the deep threat or big play with zone schemes... You have to work under the zone. 5 and 7 yard catches, that way the O line doesn't have to work as hard. The routes are too deep and too slow to develop and not complex enough.... with guys going in different directions.. Defense has some potential.. The in-game adjustments at half-time have been great

Why all the hate for CO? I’m a Nebraska fan but I still want Deion and his team to have success. It’s interesting to see how he puts a team together and works with what he has. There might be some lessons to be learned by observing his methods and if they work or not. His team has flashes of brilliance, they just have to sustain and become consistent

Pat sucks as an offensive cordinator. And prime u arent looking good as a head coach. All u guys have is an inside zone running play. No outside zones. No traps. Just drop back and find the reciver.
