Here’s my own opinion on the e tense performance (calling it “DS” below) When compared to the IDR, the DS has slightly worse accel, less nitro, and worse handling. Imo the handling is the main problem, as you can try it in oc showcase, I tested it (track is Greenland), and during those two 180 turns the drift speed went down to 19x, so it’s quite bad on twisty tracks. On the bright side (idk it’s just my feeling) the nitro felt like more than 53, it’s probably the boost of speed it gives due to accel, but still significantly shorter than IDR so in twisty tracks IDR > DS on straight tracks you have sth like Griffith so yeah the DS is mediocre, mainly because of handling
Ah forgot to mention DS speed > IDR speed by about 10 (I think 303 vs 290) but really the handling is quite poor in DS for the extra speed to compensate when compared to IDR
i wanna see ds tense vs this new ds tense performance lol honestly the bloated drifting is a really bad feeling but the accel afterwards kinda makes up for it. still very wide tho
For me, the original DS E-Tense is literally a much much better than this one Solid top speed, acceleration, handling, and the nitro feels like it lasts forever.
@@RedNycto- 🤣🤣 Agreed!! The theme seems to be excellent speed and acceleration but bad handling and nitro endurance. The OG E-Tense was almost perfect just lacking in top speed. I think it would be too easy if they gave us an E-Tense with more speed and kept the rest of the specs the same...
