Some "comedian" said on TV, he likes winding people up by typing "fake" on random youtube videos of, for example 'a cat yawning'. This Matt44HD probably thought he was funny and would be bombarded with replies from irate people. He's obviously just a tit, thumb down his comment and it will eventually disappear
