Looks awesome! I’m not typically into fancy hotels and resorts but with this whole pandemic thing those are the only types of vacations I’m willing to take as I wouldn’t mind being locked down on a all inclusive lol. I’m heading to the Royalton in Negril next month and I still have 236,000 AMEX points so maybe I’ll follow in your footsteps later in the year.
This is so great. I started my credit card journey a little less than a year ago. By watching your videos and a couple other UA-camrs I brought my credit score from 580 to 730+ in months. In that time I acquired the freedom, freedom unlimited, Sapphire preferred, and the Amex gold card. Super excited to pay for this entire trip with only points. Thanks for all the knowledge
Panning my wife and I 15 year wedding anniversary for may 2023. Saving all my chase and MR points for the drip. Were and what Haytt all inclusive resort would you recommend? Love the videos!
Thanks Ben! If Hawaii doesn't calm down on covid stuff by 2022, then instead of Maui regency, it'll be one of the Mexican Zivas (nice easy trip from NM :D)
Loved the video!!! Ive been looking for a way to capitalize on all my chase points!!! All inclusive are the best! No stress on money spend. Question, do you recommend the standard night then possibly paying for upgrades or start with a suite. My kids are 16 and 13
My fico score is 776 and I’m 19, is there something wrong with my score because I see people with longer credit histories yet they have a lower score? I’m reasonable with my credit but can my score really go to 776 in a year?
I had a fairly high score when I was 19/20 as well. In my case though I had student loan debt, and from what I heard that helps buffer your score up (diversified types of credit). Also there are also people that applies to cards regularly, which would mean lowering avg age of account, as well as all the hard inquiries would lower their score, which could be a potential reason why the people you’re comparing to mag have lower scores (assuming they’re still around 700s).
Sound like an unpopular opinion in this comments section. I personally hated this resort. Smelly and dated rooms. Food was just meh. There are so many better hotels in Los cabos for the same price/points.
What an epic intro! 😃👊💥 All right...I want to travel now!
Video is awesome. If hotels are watching they should pay you to visit theirs and do a video. You sold it very well. I want to go now.
You inspired me. Just booked for a four night stay with points through Hyatt. Learned so much from you. Thank you.
Cool, enjoy it!
