The need of having a kid is to spread the genes of a being to stop it from being extinct. It is a sign of weakness. It also indicates that that Allah will perish ma'a'zallah subhanallahil azim. So the most logical conclusion is Allah will not take a child or a spouse. Because he is free from all weakness and needs. He is the ever lasting and ever existed. He wasn’t created, he was forever there. And at the end of it all no one will inherit anything except for him. All of the existence only belongs to him. He doesnt need to take any child. If he wants something he will just say "Be" and it will come jnto existence. So what you said is totally wrong because the definition of Allah is that he is not like any humans and he is free from all needs unlike his creation. He is a constant while everything is a variable. I guess it removes your doubt.
How is that a mistake?? Humans die, Allah doesn't cause he is Everliving, is that also a mistake?? In the Qur'an it clearly states there is nothing unto Allah or anyone or anything like him. So having a wife and kid are things humans(the creation of Allah) do. And if u attribute that to Allah then you are clashing with him being ONE and ONLY, so he doesn't have kids nor wife nor is he begotten. That's Tawheed, the oneness of Allah. May Allah guide you back to islam if u really were one🤲🏾
