You go and invest in Bangalore. This is insane to know Bangalore has no crime, their roads are good. I was there for 3 years. In 3 mnts rain roads goes under water in most of the areas. Its Bangalore. We are fine here in Kolkata and West Bengal, we love our Bengal, and Invest here, Bengal is happening, Growing and rocking. And yes Property prices in Bangalore city is more than 10 times of Kolkata, property prices are less when you go offbeat, down town. So you need to careful while commenting, people are there who knows what is what.
Any good builder always provides 3 washrooms in a proper 3 bhk setup . 2 bedrooms wis attached washrooms and 1 common washroom. Here it's a makeshift 3 bhk, hence 1 washroom is missing. That's my observation !!! Aa far as price is concerned, the owner is at free will to ask anything, I don't have anything to say.
Sir, Its all about the facility and the floor area which will decide how much what will be provided. Maximum 3 bhk comes with 2 bathroom throughout India. Yes if you visit the premium properties with bigger floor areas you can get 3 to 4 bathrooms. I also have those properties displayed in my channel, which costs more than 1.15 Cr. this is the starting price in South kolkata. Thanks.
