The penalty is actually kind of an inside joke bc the members keep spoiling things (esp Hoshi). They're not contractually bound or anything. It's just something they say within the members, nothing forcing them to pay tho

about the spoiler, i was quite surprised they weren't scared of the threat of a 300 million won fine but they became scared when staff said they would be number one in line to get up and make up, congratulations staff because now you can control the members
