Great event, Mo Xi is not the best, although she's fun. Can't go wrong for $2 copy of her and some shards. You don't have to buy the other bell packs to get the pack with her. This is a great event honestly, they do something like this every year and the game will stick around for a while.
Great events, i agree! For the first time, we don't feel that everything is for high spenders only and we can breathe again. I tried Mo Xi now that i have the E3 on her ans she is pretty strong! Hope we can get more events like this one in the future!
I don’t think you need to buy the bell rewards in order, you could skip last time it was available. And its $36 dollars for 120 bells, there are 70 bells available from cheaper packs ($16 total) then another $20 for the remaining 50

Don't worry, i'm currently trying her, video soon normally 😁 I built mine with high atk and mastery, it seems to be better than crit rate crit DMG which is normal because she does more dot damage (internal injury) and dots ignore defense
