  • On the way to Box Canyon Arizona, we detoured to Elvis Trail and we were in for a treat! What a great and Challenging trail for us.
We're here on Elvis trail in Florence, Arizona. This was a hard one and we didn't actually finish this one. We had to turn around early, but we're going to go through some of the things that we saw.
So you get into Florence and you head towards box canyon and you have this beautiful desert drive through a very sandy wash. Nothing too challenging here.
Then we start to get to the obstacles and there are really hard obstacles that challenge even the most built up Jeeps, then you have slightly lesser obstacles that are still a challenge to get through.
or the tight squeezes. They'll have you wondering if you're going to bang your beautiful Jeep? You're definitely going to get some Arizona pin striping on this trail.
And Earl gray run into two inch Mopar lift on 37th. And this trail was no picnic.
Use a spotter to guide you through these obstacles are not as easy as they look on camera. Now you're going to want to start coming this way to get up on that wall.
there are more than a few areas where we'd see an impossible route or maybe a hard, but doable route. That's the way we choose to go.
The Yeti is running a two and a half inch AEV lift with 35 inch tires.
This trail was no picnic. It was hard. Most of the time, there are a few spots that you'd where you'd bang the wall on the side and that we never touched. Thank you, Jennifer, for being such a good spotter for me and being such a skilled driver to get through all of that.
The camera didn't record Earl, Greg it up this obstacle, but careful tire placement is important on this one. And maybe even placing rock strategically can get you through this obstacle.
And we hit this spot and we decided not to go through. Instead, we decided to head up this 30 degree bypass. Um,
Some of the bypasses have been hard, but this one was super steep, but pretty easily
Within one of the ways and probably have three to five miles to go, but it was getting dark. We didn't know how many hard obstacles there were. And we knew that we had the. So we decided to turn around so we can get out before it got dark. We don't really tend to wheel places that we don't know at night.
Overall for us, this was some extreme stuff that we'd never try to get through. Um, on our own, actually, probably never tried to get through with our rigs, but even the easier bypasses are hard. Jennifer 16 JK with 30 fives and two and a half inch lift was a minimum bill for this trail, unless you want to Jack up.

Nice job. Elvis is one of my favorite trails. That part with the squeeze where you took the bypass is very doable. You just have to drag your passenger slider a bit. The hard line there is to the right of that. You actually got through all the hard part. The rest is very tame and just links back up to the middle of Box Canyon.

Darn it, I should have tried to get through all of it. Florence is turning into one of our favorite places. We’ll have to get back there.

Thank you for showing the bypasses. Glad there are options for those that may not be into the harder stuff but want to go along with those that are! Nice video! We are planning to go this weekend.

That narrow notch gets lot of corner damage that's why I sold my nice JK bought an old beat up TJ someone put a 350CI in it. I swapped it for an LS engine works great have about the same money as my nice JK had. I want something not afraid to roll over I can fix with a mig welder and only have to keep liability on it.
