I can agree that the paladin needs bit of work. A lay on hands per arc is nuts to me especiallg when 1e you could do 2 as dailies. For that talent youre thinking of thr Dark Alleys Twisted Paths book. That one had all the extra smite powers (which frankly should be on the core pally from the get go)
