Absolutely the coolest thing I've ever seen! Great video my friend! Congratulations on the find of a lifetime. Don't apologize for the length of the video. I could watch this all day. INCREDIBLE!
Young man, you have found a Master's cache. These were crafted by someone very skilled. The Great Spirit has honored you greatly. I thank you very much for sharing this special find with us.
Sometimes all you can say is, Holy shit! Even on Sunday in church. I think it would honor the makers if you could fashion a heavy spear from the largest blade, kill a bear with your bare hands, and grill it on the town square sharing the food, 1st come/1st serve, with your neighbors. Good luck!
@@shawfestifybare handed kill a bear a bear. Oh no that won't do. A Bear a mountain lion a cougar. And a bull elk in season. Then have the feast so great ones in the sky will savor the victory. I'll wait.😮
I respect everything that I discover and cherish every item that I get to be the caretaker of. We're only on this Earth for a short time. These stones will be here forever
@@louisfourie7756If we could craft something like these, be blessed enough to hunt and bring food home for your family consistantly, have the tools to carve it, cut it, cook it, flesh it for clothing, make spears, bows, arrows, possibly war tools, possibly farming tools, then you would understand thanking God, or in their case, the Great Spirit! Then to find these. I think it is quite an honor for him to have found them and hold them from the people that had made them, used them knowing they held and used them once. I'm glad he appreciates them and understands.
Just imagine how long the spirits were waiting for you to come and find those. I feel they were watching for a person with the right nature about themselves. In other words an honest, humble, good natured person. You found them for a reason, a good reason. Blessings to you. Cheers.
Love this video!! I am from missouri and live on the trail of tears. I am a descendant from the cherokees who settled here during the trail of tears and I also find various Indian rocks, tools, utensils, etc. I live by the Cherokee way. And I wanted to make sure to tell you that big second piece you found... that perfect spear head.... that my friend, was used in ceremony's only. It's completely ceremonial. Each tribe had a select few for ceremony's only anc they were always the very very best they could possibly make. I don't believe I hunt the rocks, I believe they find me. These found you and you are more than just lucky. You are blessed and there's a reason they came to you.
The second piece is a blade. Fairly common type of blade that was used for thousands of years. Every time period had blade/knife stone tools. I have found several that are typically the same in thickness and length. Cobb blade second are probably my favorite type of blades. Stanfields are pretty nice too. Thanks for sharing your story and hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
Bro when ur finding pieces like that, the video can NEVER be to long. How exciting!!! You have got to clear the entire site. I jist KNOW there's going to be a ton of artifacts there. Just incredible! What a blessing from the creator.
@@PtownRockhound you did a phenomenal job videoing your finds. I would love to them all together in a display case or something. I'm sure I'm not the only one would love to them all together.
What's strikes me about these are the cross sections that each tool has for the task that it was made for. Each one is very consistent, it takes many many years of experience in knapping to be able pull off stuff like that. This cache will forever blow me away, great stuff
There's definitely no mounds involved. Just an eroded bank of a creek. Nothing special about the place that I see or aware of. Thanks for the comment and take care.

A lot of the times when I find an arrowhead, I'll try to recreate one just like it. It's challenging but rewarding after making one successfully. I couldn't imagine finding something as amazing as these axe heads and definitely don't think I could make one as perfectly as they did. Awesome finds.👍
Words can’t express what I feel watching these treasures being unearthed. Literally shedding tears. Thanks SO much for holding them so still and giving us long moments to gaze at their wonder. Best discovery I’ve ever watched. Akin to Egyptian tombs or Sutton Hoo in England. Sooooo pleased for you!
The story behind these tools draw lots of emotion from most everyone with a imagination. The person who created the tools used them to survive. They were highly valuable possessions that. Somehow, they ended up in the ground where they have been hidden for thousands years. Definitely, not by choice, but probably as the result of a tragedy. They are a symbol of human evolution; survival, hardship, curiosity, exploration, and innovation. When these tools fell into the Missouri soil for the last time, a secret was buried. Now we have uncovered the tools and share the same emotions of the original owner.
@@PtownRockhound find of a lifetime is a phrase that gets tossed around a lot, but what you found on that hillside/wash, this truly IS a find of a lifetime in a lot of ways.
3rd time watching this, of course the first time was at the house. Doesn't get any more stellarly awesome than this right here. I know you so well, I could see the expressions on your face as your voice was changing in the beginning. You did a great job filming too. I'm with everybody else you should do a little video showing them all together, especially with your case's. If anyone deserved this blessing, it was definitely you my friend and brother. You're a great person and you do good things. Good things come to good people. I can't wait to hold them again.
You are too kind. Just an average guy that loves artifacts and the search for them. I've said it more than once and will keep saying it...if it wasn't for your videos back in 2014, idk where I would be. Watching them repeatedly so I could get a feel for things and using that little bit of knowledge to further myself. I'm honored to call you a friend and brother.
I applaud your videos, your finds, your hunting spots, and your demeanor. How you are only at 1.39K subscribers, I don’t know. Good luck. As if you need it. It’s not luck if you put yourself in the right spots and know what to look for.
That has to be the craziest most awesome video of finds I’ve ever watched!!!! This is simply an incredible cache discovery!! Congrats to you man. Thank you so much for documenting the whole thing for everyone to witness. Please do a cleanup vid with everything at some point. Great job!!
Congratulations on such a spectacular discovery. It seems to me that each piece would have taken considerable time for completion, and accordingly, each would have been quite valuable to the owner. That begs the question---why on earth would such valuable tools have been abandoned? I think there's some kind of extremely interesting background which is, alas, lost to history.
That is incredible. You found the entire toolbox. Nice job documenting so all of us could experience your once in a lifetime find. I hope you discover more at the site.

It's been over a year since the find, and it still feels like a dream!
WOW the Great Spirit was definitely smiling Down on you on that haul , that’s absolutely amazing to have captured that on video. I’m still dreaming of a day like that! I’m happy for you brother!!!!!!!!👍👍👍
It's never going to escape my memory! Thanks for commenting and I hope you guys find some smokers!
Spectacular knapping! What treasures.. My blue eyes are now green.
I completely understand your statement.
That's a special place for sure! Keep digging and documenting thoroughly and carefully. From what you've already found without extensive excavating it seems to be part of a major site. Extraordinary cache, congrats! I can't wait to see what else you find, and what can be learned from it all.
Hopefully there's still more to come from there🤞 if not I'm more than happy!
A lot of the times when I find an arrowhead, I'll try to recreate one just like it. It's challenging but rewarding after making one successfully. I couldn't imagine finding something as amazing as these axe heads and definitely don't think I could make one as perfectly as they did. Awesome finds.👍
Thanks. It'll probably be my best find in my life
Words can’t express what I feel watching these treasures being unearthed. Literally shedding tears. Thanks SO much for holding them so still and giving us long moments to gaze at their wonder. Best discovery I’ve ever watched. Akin to Egyptian tombs or Sutton Hoo in England. Sooooo pleased for you!
Your words are too kind. So pleased to hear that! Thanks David
seriously bro? shedding tears....
Relax Brian. Some aren't as tough as you
The story behind these tools draw lots of emotion from most everyone with a imagination.
♥️💯♥️
Yep !
You're sure pissing me off, hahaha.
I'm so envious, excellent work, dude.
🙃
Simply incredible my friend!!! This will be hard to top!!! But it just proves that you never really know what you could find next!! 👍🏻😎
That's right! You never know unless you go.
Video of a lifetime sir. Thanks for sharing it with us
It was my pleasure Chase. I appreciate the support and I wish you the best.
That is absolutely awesome thanks for sharing this with us great finds
It was my pleasure Mike. Have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend

Great job!!
Thanks and I'll keep that in mind.
Hands down the best pieces I've ever seen anybody find .
I've been told that a time or two. Thanks for the humble comment
I think you found an old carpenters tool stash!
Definitely the stuff of dreams.
🤙💯
Thank you for sharing this video , fantastic finds !
It was my pleasure and I'm glad you enjoyed it.
I can easily agree to that.
@@PtownRockhound Me too !
You just made my day! Thanks for this video. Your stokedness just traveled through space and time.
❤️❤️❤️
