Jongkook is a part of Turbo, they were at the audience in Immortal song (cause everyone were singing their songs, it was Turbo's night lol) - they won the show you need to see it! also he is ap part of Running man and many other variety shows, he is a legend in Korea and his fans were really surprised that he participated in this and is dressed in a costume cause he never does that but I guess he does now for ATEEZ lmao and also Mingi is a huge fan, when he was little he watched Jungjook and decided to become a singer and now he is performing with him!

This song is a cover of a song of an older korean group called Turbo but the actual origin of this song is in Italy. In Italy every year there's a show called "Zecchino d'oro" where kids sing various songs and the original song was "Volevo un gatto nero" (I want a black cat) from 1969 and then Turbo made a "remake" of it but the chorus and some parts of the verses are still the same

I would definitely recommend watching them doing this live which’s just as amazing too! Also ateez are officially not considered rookies anymore since they had their 2nd anniversary on the 24th of this month which was bittersweet. Kings of Halloween!!! This song is actually from the 90's, early 2000's. The group's name is Turbo. This song is about a childhood friendship. ATEEZ was on a program recently called "Immortal Songs", where newer artists put their twist on older songs. ATEEZ is the first 4th generation group to win the show. They impressed Turbo so much they allowed them to use it for their anniversary concert and allowed them to use the song for their Halloween video. The guy at the end is Jongkook. The original singer of this song. Also is you have ever seen "Running Man" or "I Can See You Voice" or pretty much any variety show from Korea. He is usually one of the hosts...he is amazing..check out the episode of Running Man with BTS...and see how Jongkook himself took down Suga, Jungkook, and Jimin all at once. But the man at the end was Kim Jong Kook one of the iconic legendary artist in Korea, he's the original singer of the korean version of this song back since 1990's together with the other 2 members and they were called TURBO. Ateez performed their rendition of this song at Immortal Songs (a competition program in korea and won overall) and now uploaded the halloween version of it since it gained a lot of attention.

The reason why there are no captions is because the song is actually a cover of Turbo (one of the guys you saw at the end), who covered the original - an italian children's song about a black cat. So the lyrics aren't actually scary or Halloween related at all and would make no sense haha, still a great MV though 😍🔥

Ateez rearranged the song for this program called IMMORTAL SONGS. Here, many artists choose a song performed by the judges of the night and rearrange it in their own style. So ATEEZ did Black Cat by Turbo and they won the whole program. The winner is chosen by the audience and the judges who are people that listen to old kpop (immortal kpop). ATEEZ is one of the firsts male rookie idol (4th generation) groups to win at Immortal Songs alongside Wanna One.
The version became so popular that they decided to do this performance video and they called Kim Jong Kook to be in it.
