It's folded for transportation and when set up for an event it's unfolded.

Not sure exactly, in the time lapse it appears to only take a few minutes.

Could just be the gear drive is in neutral and the wind was blowing to make it turn 🤔 Or, carnival ghosts caught on camera!
Everybody's just so worry about the zipper it takes sometime awhile to set up the zipper?
the zipper doesnt look as intimidating when its laying down haha
