My first advice is, get a bigger carburetor. I took the top half of an M's carburetor and bolted it to the bottom half of a 756 .have a dyno handy because you will need to set the timing different, and the carburetor while it's under a load. I hope this helps. And by the way if you have high dome pistons forget about putting a turbo on because it will turn into a nightmare. Too much compression.
@@Firemandave911 not sure, I purchased it from Keystone turbo LLC. I told them what I had for cubic inches and type of pistons, they sent me the turbo. Bolted it on and then experimented a lot till we got it running right. The big thing is you havta feed it gas when it calls for it. Other wize it will spit and sputter or possibly even melt your pistons if you have it too lean.
I've got a chrome pipe on it now and you can really hear the turbo. When we were installing the turbo we had it on a dyno and it has about 52 horse. This spring I might make a video of it on a Baker fan.
Just did that hill a couple of nights apart with my 400 and my dad's Super M. No problem. Didn't touch the 400's TA and dad's only barked a little bit. FARMALL FOREVER! See you soon, Tom. 🐄
Seth Studebaker I don't have access to a dyno anymore. When the turbo was installed I did. It has 52 horse at 540 PTO. But I do own a baker fan that runs on the pulley. I will be doing a video on that sometime this summer.
No, it bolts right on. The only problem is that you should have access to a dyno to put it under a load to make your adjustments. Getting enough fuel to it is the biggest problem. You need a big carburetor, so we took the top part of an M's carburetor and the bottom part of a 756's and put them together to get enough fuel for when it needs it.
@@hydrator1 I've uploaded a couple videos of it tractor pulling, and one while on a Baker fan. Check them out. After we installed the turbo it Dynoed at 52 horse.
Steep hill is the loser! Don't get many hills or mountains where I live - UK cambridgeshire fens - nor do we see many farmalls either lol. We got JD, new holland, fendt and the odd massey that float around our way. Thanks for the ride! :)
Good ol' farmalls!!
Thanks for the ride.
No match for the H Turbo. Man, that tractor just gets it! ✔
Get one
@@blondelizard5453 i might
Thanks for the ride ,not sure when I'll be able to come to town , your friend Michigan Mike
I'm looking forward to summer and all of us getting together and riding again.
Mike, it's Rod Schueller. You gotta get down here this summer! Harry is on his way back from Texas. Dad is also coming back from Texas. Summer 2020🍺
Mike, just jump into your truck and come back to Iowa. Everything is almost open here.
I want details......I'll have a turbo on my H before the end of the week!

@@hturbo1007 thx for the reply. What size turbo

Wow that sounds great. Never hesitated on the hill. Blessings.

#WHAT HILL...????? 👍🤠🇺🇸MERICA
That bad boy just needs 2 more road gears!
All my H does is burn oil.
Nice Thank You!
You could intercool it. OIl cooler to.
What did you use for a tachometer? I'm trying to find a low RPM electronic tach for my WD45. 3k or 4k rpm.

Don't forget the Wisconsin ride is on the 19th.
We'll all be there
Great. Now I need one
Lots of fun to drive!
now do it again with a big wagon atached
Now strait pipe it for more hp and dyno it on camera. Very nice.
Seth Studebaker I just got a straight pipe the other day from Steiner tractor parts, and it sounds great.

Thats awesome!! Im sure it sounds like a beast, and pulls like one too!
It takes a pretty healthy engine to make 52hp in a H. What’s done to it?
I heard the turbo, that was exciting man ! You’ll have to show us one day how it looks . Thanks for sharing
Did you overhaul the engine? are you using aluminum pistons? Iv been wanting to do this to my H but I'm afraid of crack a piston from too much boost
That’s awesome . So if I put a turbo on my farmall M , will I get close to 90 hp and will it last if I then work it as a 90 hp tractor ?
Be careful, I wouldn't farm hard with it, because it will be hard to keep it cool.
That’s what I was thinking , it would run to hot
What model turbo are you running? Sounds like it works great with the farmall H displacement and rpms
I got it from Keystone turbo LLC.
What make and model is the turbo?
It's from Keystone turbo, and it's a bolt right on kit. Don't know what model it is. I'm sure it could be looked up in there website.
I love the tractor 🚜 🚜 🚜
That's just awesome
I just installed a strait pipe on it. You should hear it now.
H Turbo make another video with ittt🥺 pwweeaseeee

SO?
A stock Farmall H, would never even come close to making that steep of a hill in road gear.
you are right but they were made for pulling power not speed

My stock h would make it. Search for farmall h climbs hill with manure spreader on you tube. It won't let me share the link.
I do need a turbo h
