Hi Emie thank you, I found that my cacti and succulent soil mix from garden centre quite heavy so I mix it with the lighter potting mix which is the terracotta tub and vertical potting mix and so far my plants grow healthy

Seems the birds in my garden don’t bothered by it. They only thing they want to destroy is the new propagation plant. I put them with lots of bbq stick around the plants
