your podcast is amazing i have been binge watching it all this week as im trying to get back into brewing and possibly making the move into all-grains. Im picking up some kegs to turn into keggles tomorrow. once i get down all-grains down im going to have to get beersmith so that i can start building my own recipes. also might buy some hop rhizomes because i really and to go all in at this point. with me luck and ill see you next brew!
You have a fantastic podcast, it's very informative. These recirculating mashing systems are neat, and I enjoyed this episode but they don't seem like they are practical for typical home brewing vs using the standard igloo cooler given the high cost of them..
They really come into plan when brewing more than 5 gallons at a time - when you move up to 10-15 gal batches things like a pump, alternate heating systems and other equipment start to become more practical.
Thanks Brad and Chris, great show.
