  • The Hubble Telescope has been our most profound window into the universe for more than 30 years. From imaging the interiors of beautiful, nearby nebulae, to revealing the secrets of the universe at large, we’ve seen glimpses of space our ancestors would’ve found hard to believe. And in today’s video, we will relive some of the telescope’s greatest successes as we recount some of Hubble’s greatest discoveries.

You still have to be a little careful because I do see some absolute BS on other channels. But guys like this who really care about knowledge are great. Absolutely as good or better than anything the big studios make. I just wish youtube could do something about these other weirdos. Humans go to space, you can watch satellites fly over your house or go to a launch. A conspiracy like that isn't possible because thousands of people can't keep a secret amongst about a million other reasons. Sorry about the tangent but youtube tried me with this 'space bloopers' video from a flat earther and reminded me that crazy people have internet too. SEA and the other guys that really love science are great though! Gives me hope, some people haven't lost their damn minds,...... as I'm yelling at my laptop like they can hear me.

The great thing too was all the Shuttle servicing missions to the HST. I remember the first one in 1993 where Hubble was restored to top function. Also, the veteran crew who launched Hubble said they were all very quiet once they reached HST's orbital altitude. The view of Earth 600 km below was one thing, but the view of the retrofire fuel gauges at just 48 percent was more ... commanding.

The hubble telescope is arguably the greatest piece of technology man has ever produced.
The vast amount of underatanding that has come from hubble is unmatched by only mathematics, the wheel and fire.
It is truly an advanced step in human learning, that deserves the respect and adoration that this homage video gives to it.
If you enjoy knowledge and understanding, the hubble telescope deserves to ne revered for all its given to us, and continues to give.
Thanks for giving it the adoration it deserves.

I, like so many of your followers, marvel at how deep and informative your knowledge and research are. I am completely at ease when listening to your work. I am a speck who resides on another speck, and, as such, how can any human problem really be insurmountable? It seems the only things that are truly insurmountable are the likes of black holes and faster than or even half, light speed travel. And when I learn about the likes of such beasts, my mind boggles at the vastness and majesty of the universe. I enjoy drifting to your voice and knowledge, as I learn more and more about a universe that leaves me awestruck.

First time I’ve considered the entirety of the Hubble mission and oh, what a mission it has been! To actually see such phenomena in the visible light spectrum, things we knew nothing of, things that had not even occurred to scientists and cosmologists - and seeing them in crystal clear resolution in multitudes of brilliant colors…it’s just amazing . The Hubble mission has been nothing short of a giant leap for mankind that transcends perception filters like religion and politics and leaves the observer to wonder what all this means. Especially since there has yet to be observed anything that indicates the presence of complex biological systems that might facilitate organisms that move around independently and contemplate things unrelated to the acquisition of their next meal. Everything we look at is completely hostile to human existence. Even our planet’s closest sibling, ironically named after the Roman Goddess of love, has surface temperatures significantly hotter than your kitchen oven, and an atmospheric pressure that would crush your skull and flatten your brain into a crêpe. Leave it to a line from a popular MGM movie released in 1939 to sum it all up: “there’s no place like home. “ - well put, Dorothy!

I used to be terrified of falling asleep, due to an incident were I was wake for nearly a month in an induced coma . I get ptsd when I sleep. When I listen to him and i experience less episodes and am calmer. He is my life line . I would be lost and without him .

Wow thank you so much I really appreciate that. That made me smile end to end at a time when I’m suffering from really bad relentless nightmares. It’s nice to know that my stuff actually helps people in this way. And I’m sorry for the recent lack of uploads, but rest assured I’m working on a new one and about to get on a 4 hour flight. So I’m gonna light a fire under my ass to make it that much better for you!
