I'm at the other end of the spectrum of archery shooting longbow and horsebows :) But I'm still fascinated by compound and will likely get a lever bow at some point (yeah, saw your Oneida video - thanks very much!). Also noticed when you were shooting indoors, there were heaps of equipment on the wall. So when you said you didn't have binoculars, I was just thinking couldn't you just go in and grab one off your shelves? But I guess most target archers want the single scope and also, knowing nothing of hunting (being in the UK) you're probably the best placed to pick your stock.... But thanks for all these reviews although what I find most interesting is your insight/views into the manufacturer/distributor relationship and the archery business, at least down under.
You noticed that the bow felt a little bit long and I believe that’s because you probably have it set at maximum let off. I believe elite measures their draw length at 80% let off
Given that down in Aus the top target bows are $3000, it's probably not unreasonable that a flagship carbon hunting bow is $2500. This is further supported by the fact the Exalt is around $2150.

I'll stick with my old Energy 35 I believe. It's still as magnificent as the day I first shot it. It's an extension of my right arm.

Two years since the last elite carbon bow and virtually no change. At what point does it make sense to go 3-5 years between new bow models?
It still comes down to the archer😂
For $2500 you can keep it!! Thing better be made out of platinum!

Yeah but our prices are absolutely trash
Import fees currency rate etc
Whats with this shift to magneseum risers? Bear was making those for recurves decades ago? Also a lover of elite.
Please go back to 20.
Limb stop is the one thing that kept Elite a little better…gone
Still an option...
It is the same bow just new name. Just a yoke system is new
