Love the idea of adding small wins/achievements to a note to look back on! Ooh or maybe even writing them down on a piece of paper hanging on my pegboard! That way whenever I look over there (or go to add something else), I'm reminded of all those 'little' things that I should be proud of. Because those milestones, no matter how small, definitely add up over time and it's so encouraging to see how far we've come 🩷
