I dunno if I’d say that’s the “real message” of the episode but I definitely relate to the sentiment. Confucius agreed haha. The natural default mode of human existence is suffering. That’s pretty indisputable

Primate and this show is a match made in heaven. This is only going to get better going forward. At least for a good while. The show never gets bad by any stretch but there definitely was a peak(at least for me and for now)

Rick And Morty has steadily maintained a 9+ out of 10 stars on IMDB. For an animated show that's mainly a comedy, that's incredible. That's how you know the show is great.

There are some clunkers through this shows run but this episode is where I think the show started to find its voice and what it was going to be going forward.
