Hey thank you for the videos they are really helpful. My question though is I see you put your routine in the dashboard but in the previous videos it was there as well I am confused what is a better way to do this because I need help with putting my routine together plus everything else I have to do so I want to see at a glance how to put routines tasks and appointments plus work altogether so I can follow it and make sure I am not overextending my time. Hope this makes sense
There are so so many ways to do this. In your circumstance, the first thing I thought of was that it could probably be better for you to have a ClickUp list called for example ''week at a glance'' where you display your personal tasks, work tasks, appointments, and routines as *tasks* where the to-do's in your routine are the subtasks. You'll be able to see them all in 1 place. To make sure you're not over scheduling or overextending your time, I highly recommend adding a Time Estimate custom field along with your tasks so you know EXACTLY how much time everything takes each day, I explain time estimates more in-depth in this video 👉🏼 ua-cam.com/video/61zgPdOJsqw/v-deo.html Hope this helps gal! ❤
