Some landlords make a profit either modest or extreme. It is an investment that does not pay crap to provide you with a place to live. Go to a local laundry mat and pay almost double. You have to stay there so your stuff does not get stolen and pay more than an apartment complex and travel and hassle time.
HAHAHAHAHA Good luck. I put in security cameras and saw tenants pick locks, break off tools in there and actually take a power drill to them. You want a coin box key? Do not put it past your landlord to get a padlock coinbox, I am landlord and I had to have a specialist come and basically spend 10 minutes drilling it out because I could not find my key SORRY for them I had just collected enough quarter to not even cover expenses and to actually be in a deficit I sold the 10 unit apartment complex and everyone was evicted because of it. Stealing will eventually come back to bite you and then you will have to try very hard to find anywhere to live. @@scj643

I get that laundry vendors gauge people sometimes, but have you ever thought that they need to pay a water bill, electric bill, maintenance for the machines and thousands and thousands of dollars to replace a machine?? I get that a lot of places gauge customers but some of us with small laundry rooms at small apartment complexes do not make a cent and basically give everyone laundry for free. I charge the market rate for laundry and people have no idea that some of us do not even break even.
It is funny how some people, like yourself think that the owner's of buildings do not have their own mortgage to pay on the property, maintenance, common area utilities, taxes, insurance, repairs, trash, fire inspections, recycling, cleaning and maintenance etc etc etc I am not saying that some landlords do not make money because obviously they do, but it is kind of simple minded to lump everyone into the same boat. Well if it were not for landlords you would not have a place to live. I actually DO have a real job and actually 2 of them. The massive amount of expense it takes to maintain a property include paying the mortgage on the property might surprise you. I do not end up making jack after all the bills, maintenance and repairs are paid. I honestly make more at my fulltime job at Target. I only keep it up because I have 10 wonderful and appreciative long long time residents, most who have lived there over a decade and 3 who have been there for over 20 years. @@poisontouchpod

Nope it works on the new ones too. What you are doing is putting it into rapid advanced mode which is used for testing which also bypasses the payment
