- Hi, I’m Ami, and I have lost 60 pounds following the principles of the Starch Solution & Calorie Density! I wanted to document losing the final few pounds in the hopes that it is helpful to others on the same journey 😊

I look forward to your daily videos so much. What you cram into a single day is astounding. I'm retired, no kids in the house and I feel like I'm always preparing and cooking food and then washing dishes. Some days I don't sit down. WFPB eating is extremely time consuming and, like you, I make my own sauces, dressings, hummus, beans, yogurt (thank you Instant Pot) etc. I don't know how you do it and provide an inspiring, often educational and ALWAYS entertaining video. If I lived near you, I would gladly help! You may not get on the bouncer every day, but you're in perpetual motion and that has to count for something. Thank you again and again.

Honestly if your videos would consist just of Romi playing and babbling and you eating crispy courgettes with hummus every day I would still happily watch them, your energy is just so beautiful and uplifting! ❤️

When I was younger, your age, I went to a flea market with a friend and her baby. I tried to help her carry her baby, like 9 months old around. I thought I was in good shape, took aerobics, jogged,and worked long hours as a nurse. But nothing prepared me for the strength you need for carrying a baby around. So you get way more exercise than you think!! And you seem really strong to me.
What are the cake batter ingredients and measurements please?

Oh my goodness that was a great amount of vegetables and I don’t know how you managed to fit them in your fridge ! I have two fridges and I am still short of space to fit all my veggies in 🤪 I love watching little Romi doing her own thing 😍 can’t believe that toothbrush ( I think she preferred it as a comb’ kept her busy for such a long while 😍🥰 yummy looking curry 😋 just ordered some Kosovo millet 👍
Always looking forward to your videos. Love the shopping haul. I don't know why its so much fun to see what other people buy? Maybe its because I love cooking so much. I live in Sweden, and we are a family of four, and we spend around £200 a week on food shopping, sometimes even more. We are also plant based, and buy as much organic food as possible.

Can you show the garlic soy sauce cubes??
Looking for a way to make veges yummy!! I am on the east coast on the states. Have not seen them in my grocery store. Maybe Amazon???
I just cook the veggies in soya sauce and powdered garlic granules just as yummy also I add a bit of salt .I think I’m right in saying Ami uses soya sauce and garlic that has been frozen in cubes . Hope that helps
@@annegreen1512 when you say soya sauce- you mean regular soy sauce?
@@springlilly9672 yes sorry I meant soy sauce . Really you can add anything I sometimes put some onion powder in too . I add a bit of water to the pan as well if it starts sticking but make sure you keep the lid on like Ami does when it’s cooking it helps steam the veggies - they don’t take long to cook .
