*_Have you heard of IKIGAI? It's how i found out what i wanted to do in life_*
Ikigai (reason for being / your purpose in life) has four primary elements:
    What you love (your passion)
What the world needs (your mission)
What you are good at (your vocation)
What you can get paid for (your profession)
My Ikigai is making animations on youtube, mainly about personal development

I definitely agree that knowing how you want to feel is more important on what you want. There were times when I achieved my goals and I was still unhappy. I beat myself up about it feeling so ungrateful but I never got specific on how I wanted to feel.I feel like if we set the standards intentionally before we reach our goal it's easier to avoid / let go of what we don't want.

The thing is.. I have SO many things I want to do. And I have a lot of things I’m good at also. I know that what I do HAS to involve helping people. I really want to be a therapist and help people any way I can! But also by making UA-cam videos and creating a blog to start helping people now! There are also other things I want to do but it has to involve helping people! I know I have time to figure this stuff out, but I really want to jump start on this!

I really loved this video so much. I just graduated from college and I feel this immense amount of pressure from everyone around me to figure everything out, without really knowing what I wanted in life. I felt so jolted to take in everyone's advice about what I should do, that it was hard to see what I dearly wanted.
This video was so enlightening and it was exactly what I needed in this moment. Thank you so much for creating content like this!

Hey Michelle! I just did the workbook, and I was honestly surprised when patterns emerged that I had not anticipated. I feel like I have a much clearer view on what I want now, and apparently I am much more boring than I thought haha
Thank you very much for all the content you put out there! I always fall back on listening to your videos while I do a deep clean and put my life back on track. It really helps to ground me and makes me care about and reflect on my life again.
You're work has such a positive impact on me, thank you so so much.

Michelle, I can't even tell you how much I appreciate your content. ❤ I unfollowed most UA-camrs recently, feeling like they were selling out to companies which did not align with their values at all. Except for you. You just keep inspiring me and never try to promote anything that you don't fully support. You add a ton of value to many peoples lives with your work. Thanks for being such a genuine human. 😘

Thanks to you I’m going to start my channel (after many years of doubt). I watched literally all your videos on channel notes and followed all the advices you gave us. You are such a wonderful human being, and I know that without even knowing you personally. Finally, thanks to you (again) my productivity is on fire. I know I will achieve so many things by the end of the year and I can’t wait for these to happen. All the good things that will happen to me, I will always have a thought for you because you one of the factor of my success and I will be forever grateful for this.

I printed out the workbook shortly after this came out, but only today got up the courage to sit down and do it. This is something I find myself doing a lot - not starting something I want to do, just because I'm not sure how to start, or afraid of doing it "wrong," or waiting for the "perfect" time to do it. And now that I've done it, honestly, my apartment somehow feels like a slightly different place, like I'm now viewing it and the world around me in a different (better) light. As you say at the beginning, it'll certainly take more time and practice to implement all these discoveries from my workbook, but just pointing out the patterns that I do so blindly I didn't realize how connected they all were makes such a huge impact. Thank you for ALL of these videos you post! They seem like magic! :)

Hi Muchelle - thank you for your magical videos! I found your channel a couple of nights ago while watching How To ADHD videos. I just printed your workbook and I’m going to begin it in a few minutes. I’m in a deep dive transition phase and I’m so grateful for such a fresh new perspective on intentional life planning. I really struggle with structure but your video about looking at everything as an experiment as opposed to my lack of self-discipline completely shifted my whole self-loathing vibe. I’m ready to try again with an open and more optimistic mind. So really truly -THANK YOU!

What does *"20% of your activities"* even mean, and how do you determine it? For instance, does my job not count as 20% of my activities, since it takes up like 80% of my week? Or does it mean, say, out of 10 of your activities, pick the 2 that drag you down the most (although this doesn't make sense)?

This was truly excellent. I haven’t mind-mapped in awhile but do find it it useful. I hadn’t heard of the 80/20 rule in relation to the way you described it, but it makes a lot of sense. It was a fun way to feel "involved" and interact with you.
