Always a fun topic. I went with HR on the eastside: closer to i25, the lightrail, Lone Tree, Park Meadows, and Denver. Regardless, these are two amazing parts of Colorado!
Keep in mind The Highlands is an awesome neighborhood in downtown Denver. Highlands Ranch is a suburb about 35-45 minutes southwest of Denver. Both are great! Just totally different styles.
Great video of pros and cons of each. I think Castle Rock wins on several factors. Where HR has peaked, C Rock just keeps getting better. Lots of money going into the development of C Rock and it has plenty of momentum to drive value. Thx for the vid gents ….. keep up the good work! 👍

That’s a great spot. Sounds like it’s almost Lone Tree. Love it over there!
Thank you for all the info.
You are most welcome 😊
I never been to The Highlands. I plan on checking it out in October. But I LOVE CASTLE ROCK!!!

Where is that restaurant at 5:08?
That’s actually one of the community centers in Castle Rock not a restaurant. Sorry that’s a little confusing!
I’m 21 and would love to make enough money to live in back country lol it’s a gated community with nothing but nice houses
Love the Patrick Mahomes analogy. GO CHIEFS
