Sorry mate, only just seen this comment. Its a small walk from parking area, but you can get right onto the forts. The easiest place to park is here: goo.gl/maps/V8CnXffTZng4ikgv6 then go north to Shornemead Fort and follow the river to Cliffe Fort. Cliffe is fenced off, but its possible to find a break in the fence on the north side of the fort. Enjoy!!
