Does anyone know what kind of woods they use? Cause I know is Hickory, Maple and Oak but there are different types of them. So if anyone knows I'll appreciate that information.
Mainly hickory, locally sourced and farmed in the US. they also plant 5 trees for every hickory tree they cut down. During this time at this visit the oak and maple were outside sourced, this may have changed since.
Want to see a big difference in production size and quality? Google how Vic Firth sticks are made. The vid even shows how each stick is PITCH and WEIGHT matched.
